First time staying at this hotel. There is an open air mall/restaurant complex next to the hotel which is very convenient, with a 24 hour little supermarket. Room itself was nice and modern. Breakfast room had a beautiful view of tree canopy and good selection. Would stay there again.

The hotel is not big, but the rooms are very spacious, the public space is not small, and the hardware facilities are not inferior to five-star hotels. This time I stayed in this hotel with my family and the experience was great! As soon as you step into the hotel, the lobby decoration looks grand, the lighting is warm and the environment is very pleasant. The front desk staff was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, there was no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and the hygiene conditions were impeccable. Whether resting or traveling, it feels very comfortable. The service of the lady at the front desk is ok. The air conditioner is too noisy. It's cold when it's turned off, but I can't fall asleep because of the noise if I don't turn it off. Moreover, the air conditioner is still 20 degrees after nearly half an hour of stay. The temperature can't be raised at all. The bed sheets are damaged. The shower head is not pleasant and the water volume is too small. Other things are ok, but the hardware facilities need to be improved.
