Hotels Near Laiwang Temple in Shaoxing

This time I brought my mother and baby to Shaoxing for a trip. It was a good choice to choose Shaoxing Hotel. If I come again next time, I will choose to stay here again. Facilities: The room was cleaned very clean. 😀 Environment: This is the first time I chose a garden-style hotel. It is so beautiful, and my mother also praised it. 🥰 Service: The hotel waiters are very friendly. When I go out, I will greet the waiters who clean the guest rooms warmly. 🥰 The free travel photography can only be participated by one person in a room. If there is one more person, an additional fee will be charged. It would be better if two people can use it. Finally, it is a bit regrettable that there was no small gift when I left the hotel. I don’t know if there was no gift at all, or the front desk forgot to give it. 🥺

Let me talk about it bit by bit First of all, we drove all the way to Shaoxing. I like Shaoxing very much because I watched ”Winter Solstice” directed by Chen Daoming and Guan Hu since I was a child. Arrival: After booking the hotel, the housekeeper called directly and added my WeChat. Because the hotel is in the alley, 🅿️ you need to park in a parking lot a little further away from the hotel, which is completely free. The little sister who picked me up was really beautiful, completely satisfying all my imaginations of Jiangnan girls. The little sister's service was very enthusiastic and very good! I just love it. It's a pity that I didn't know her name, which is a pity. The location is very excellent, which is completely surrounded by the old city. The environment, sanitary services and facilities of the hotel are very good. At least you can feel the profound culture of the city of Shaoxing. There is also a very cute kitten in the lobby. At the same time, you can see all the fantasies about the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan from the lobby through the back door. It is so real and vivid in front of you. It was a very good stay experience. I like the little sister who picked me up so much, and I like this ancient city of Shaoxing full of heavy culture so much.

Overall enjoyed our experience at this hotel in Shaoxing. The service from the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had free pick up and drop off service from the hotel as well. Would recommend.

I forgot to take pictures but it is consistent with the pictures. Atour has always been stable, clean and comfortable, and the pillows are very comfortable. This hotel is very close to Cangqiao Street, and it takes only a few minutes to get to several scenic spots in the city by electric car, which is quite convenient. We were upgraded to the eighth floor, and the room was very quiet. The front desk guy and girl were very nice. There is a public space, a library, a gym, and a breakfast restaurant on the first floor. I like Atour very much, and I won't step on thunder. I can have a good rest after a day. This restaurant is delicious and worth trying after coming out of Xu Wei Art Museum.

[Rooms and facilities] I booked an eSports twin room, which is fully equipped. There are free water, drinks and snacks. There is also a snack cabinet for a fee. Hygiene and visual inspection are clean. We were initially assigned a room that smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, but after reporting it to the front desk, we immediately changed it to another room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner in the room is so loud! When I turned on the air conditioner/heater, it kept making a buzzing noise. Then I turned on the automatic mode. The result was that it buzzed for a while, then stopped for a while, and then it started buzzing again. I couldn't sleep well all night because of the sound of the heating operation. . Compared with the other Anyue Hotel I stayed at the day before, the facilities (toilets, showers, decoration, elevators, etc.) are really old. [Hotel Location] The location of the hotel is great! It is a 3-4 minute walk from two different bus stations, and it is very convenient to take the bus. There are also some restaurants near the hotel. The distance from the scenic spots is acceptable. If you take the bus, you can reach the scenic spots (the hometown of Lu Xun and the hometown of the calligrapher) within half an hour. [breakfast] The breakfast was okay. Compared to the other Anyue Hotel I stayed at the day before, it didn't feel like there were so many choices. There were quite a few restaurants and they were very spacious. There is room for improvement in the taste of breakfast, as several items were left cold. I’m also very impressed with their wontons. The filling is less than half the size of a pinky fingernail. I wonder if that’s what the wontons here are like. It’s so special. [Serve] The service was excellent. When we left the hotel, the front desk and restaurant managers asked us whether we were satisfied or not and expressed our opinions about the noise in the room and the breakfast. They also responded patiently and courteously. I have always had confidence in the Anyue hotel chain, and I hope this hotel will improve better and better in the future!

The service of the lady at the front desk is ok. The air conditioner is too noisy. It's cold when it's turned off, but I can't fall asleep because of the noise if I don't turn it off. Moreover, the air conditioner is still 20 degrees after nearly half an hour of stay. The temperature can't be raised at all. The bed sheets are damaged. The shower head is not pleasant and the water volume is too small. Other things are ok, but the hardware facilities need to be improved.

As a half-Shaoxing native, I accompanied my mother to travel. I haven't been to my hometown for a long time. Shaoxing has changed a lot in recent years. I stayed at Dayu Kaiyuan and found it to be an ancient village-style hotel suitable for a short vacation. The small bridges and flowing water, the winding paths, are very suitable for daydreaming and relaxing. Although I only stayed for a day, I had a good overall experience. From the SMS reminder before check-in, to the detailed introduction of the hotel by the staff at the front desk when checking in, to the high-quality service of the shuttle bus brother, and of course the thoughtful care of the housekeeper Xiao Chen, I think they are all the highlights of Dayu Kaiyuan. The staff are customer-oriented everywhere, and the quality service is felt. If the variety and taste of the breakfast can be improved a little bit, it will be even better!

This hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us. Service: 9/10 Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended Cleanliness: 10/10 The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast: 9/10 Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings. Location: 7/10 The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I highly recommend ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or pleasure. The blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service makes it a standout choice.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the subway exit, and is very convenient to various attractions. The room is spacious, the staff are very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, Amei, who is enthusiastic about reception and helps with delayed check-out. It is a good hotel with high cost performance and worth visiting again.
