We were initially assigned a room that smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, but after reporting it to the front desk, we immediately changed it to another room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner in the room is so loud! When I turned on the air conditioner/heater, it kept making a buzzing noise. Then I turned on the automatic mode. The result was that it buzzed for a while, then stopped for a while, and then it started buzzing again. I couldn't sleep well all night because of the sound of the heating operation. . Compared with the other Anyue Hotel I stayed at the day before, the facilities (toilets, showers, decoration, elevators, etc.) are really old. [Hotel Location] The location of the hotel is great! It is a 3-4 minute walk from two different bus stations, and it is very convenient to take the bus. There are also some restaurants near the hotel. The distance from the scenic spots is acceptable. If you take the bus, you can reach the scenic spots (the hometown of Lu Xun and the hometown of the calligrapher) within half an hour. [breakfast] The breakfast was okay. Compared to the other Anyue Hotel I stayed at the day before, it didn't feel like there were so many choices. There were quite a few restaurants and they were very spacious. There is room for improvement in the taste of breakfast, as several items were left cold. I’m also very impressed with their wontons. The filling is less than half the size of a pinky fingernail. I wonder if that’s what the wontons here are like. It’s so special. [Serve] The service was excellent. When we left the hotel, the front desk and restaurant managers asked us whether we were satisfied or not and expressed our opinions about the noise in the room and the breakfast. Stayed for two days in a row. The B&B was quiet in the bustling city. The hygiene was in place and the breakfast was suitable. The location is also very good. It is in the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy. Cai Yuanpei's former residence and Wang Xizhi Exhibition Hall are 3 minutes' walk away. There are many popular photo-taking spots nearby. You can walk to Lu Xun's hometown, Fushan Park (Feiyi Building, Yuewang Terrace, Shaoxing Museum), Bazi Bridge, Cangqiao Street, and take a taxi for less than 10 yuan. It is recommended to stay here.

Environment: Before I came, I saw several Atours in Shaoxing Ancient City. I chose this one and finally chose this one. It is very close to the Bazi Bridge, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk there. And it is very quiet, surrounded by quaint residential areas, and the scenery is also very good. Not far from other scenic spots, you can walk. Service: Service this really needs to be praised. The front desk of the hotel is very intimate, because the weather is cold, I will help pour hot tea in the lobby, and I poured it more than once. When I gave mineral water, I was afraid that the guests would not be able to take it, so I specially gave the paper bag. It's really great. The room is very clean and comfortable, and all the service staff are very caring and enthusiastic. Traveling by car, when I went out the next day, I found that the car windows were covered with sunshades thoughtfully by the hotel, what a surprise! The breakfast restaurant is luxuriously decorated and makes people feel happy. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. If you have any questions, you can call the front desk to solve them. The complimentary rice wine popsicles are delicious, and the nearby transportation and life are also very convenient. I recommend it~

The service of the lady at the front desk is ok. The air conditioner is too noisy. It's cold when it's turned off, but I can't fall asleep because of the noise if I don't turn it off. Moreover, the air conditioner is still 20 degrees after nearly half an hour of stay. The temperature can't be raised at all. The bed sheets are damaged. The shower head is not pleasant and the water volume is too small. Other things are ok, but the hardware facilities need to be improved.

The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and heating were very warm. The staff was very warm and talkative.

Overall enjoyed our experience at this hotel in Shaoxing. The service from the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had free pick up and drop off service from the hotel as well. Would recommend.

It is very close to Yangming's hometown, the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, and Cangqiao Street, all of which are about 15 minutes' walk. The scenery is pleasant, and the front desk service is convenient and fast. When we heard that we left the hotel early and could not have breakfast in the hotel, the front desk was very considerate to help us pack the meals and handed them to us in time when we left the hotel. This hotel is very close to Cangqiao Street, and it takes only a few minutes to get to several scenic spots in the city by electric car, which is quite convenient. We were upgraded to the eighth floor, and the room was very quiet. The front desk guy and girl were very nice. There is a public space, a library, a gym, and a breakfast restaurant on the first floor. I like Atour very much, and I won't step on thunder. I can have a good rest after a day. This restaurant is delicious and worth trying after coming out of Xu Wei Art Museum.
