Everything about this resort is outstanding from food to amenities . My room was massive and everything that is promised in the all inclusive packet is delivered plus more . 10’s across the board .

Really really fantastic place, nice food and beautiful scenary, large pool. What's important, their staff will tried their best to help you. For me, becuase i checked in so late and the fine dining dinner restaurant was full and i only stayed for one night. Their staff communicated with me by WhatsApp and ask me the details. Then they said they can apply an exception for me to taste their dinner after my check out. It astounished me. First time try Rixos and made me wanna live in rixos in other destinations. 小伙伴们，冲 ！！！rixos 不会让你失望的，因为没定到住宿那一夜的精致晚餐， 这里的人加我WhatsApp问我细节和有无其他需要的 我说我明天飞开罗 ，问我几点飞 如果赶得上的话 ，退房了也可以帮我预定！！！我都退房了， 还允许我吃他们的精致晚餐， 主动给我延迟退房。 全包就是爽， 且有摆渡车到海滩。 我是冲着4倍雅高分来的 但是我真的被他们圈粉了。

I liked everything, thank you. There was a beautiful Egyptian girl Ash sitting on the gate; she helped me resolve any issues. The hotel is not very close to the sea, but there is a minibus running constantly, the ride takes 3 minutes, I haven’t tried walking. The water in the pool is not very warm, apparently it’s not the season. Food is modest for a rixos.
