I have used Doubletree Hilton in USA and this is much the same, including the cookie.
Hotel was pleasant enough for what it was. Comfortable bed and warm room. The shower wasn’t very hot but acceptable.
Breakfast was good but I thought £15 per night for car park a bit steep. Being next to the Sheffield United football ground I could understand the need to ration parking but this wasn’t a match day and there is not much close to attract drivers who might use the parking available.

The hotel was good, the location isn't the most ideal as it's quite far away from anything within Sheffield City Centre (based near Bramall Lane - this was my mistake for not reading more than anything), that aside the hotel is clean, staff are great and the rooms are in good condition.

My favourite hotel to stay in sheffield. Love the onsite parking, it is expensive to park but feels safe. But I appreciate the room cleanliness and the more modern feel than other Sheffield hotels

The location is very good, it only takes 10 minutes to get to the train station by taxi, and the price is very affordable! If you clean up the room in advance, you can check in early, and the bar is also good

Seriously disappointing experience I’m sad to say… receptionist seemed like he didn’t want to be there as a good first impression and aside from all the other things that can be excused such as the lack of fridge in the hotel room and the tiny shower that I just barely was able to use and it falling apart and the less than ideal duvet and pillow quality - the room service food we ordered which were the meatballs and tiger prawns was seriously diabolical, the meatballs were clearly cheap frozen ones and gave me a stomach ache and the tiger prawns were just straight up burnt. To top it all off we were told we couldn’t order our usual breakfast on our third day because it was too big of a portion size despite paying £12 per night pp for the buffet breakfast. Steer away at all costs.
