This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We were very impressed with the service provided by the friendly & professional staff.
The hotel building is beautiful, stylish and well maintained.
Breakfast was lovely but be warned the breakfast room is quite snug when there is a busy period.
We would definitely recommend a stay here.

In one word amazing,,nice and clean,,local buses tram available all day long,,caffe restaurant every thing is in one place ,,beautiful location friendly staff all together just was wow,,hotel cafe was good to love service

The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms are fairly basic but better than many other hotels in the UK (although that isn't saying much). The building itself is rather nice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel itself feels safe and pleasant. However, the rooms are small, in particular, the showers are small... I have friends who would genuinely be unable to squeeze through the small door to enter the shower cubicle.
