Family-friendly Hotels in Shenyang

Big room, with washing machine / dryer inside the room. It is conveniently located near 太原街. There is an underground shopping area where clothing shopping and nail parlours are located. One will also be spoilt with food choices within that location. Walking to Shenyang train station is approx. 12 to 15 minutes.

This hotel is a great place with affable and warm staff and housekeepers, who have been very helpful and kind to us during our stay. Special compliments to hotel manager who wears a red suit for her great hospitality.

We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.

Love staying at Atour Hotel in China! Comfortable beddings, impeccable cleanliness, and spacious rooms. Well-trained housekeeping staff and convenient location near food streets and shopping malls make it a top choice for me. Especially Shenyang Atour breakfast varieties are more and tastier. Like their Kao leng mian (烤冷面）during breakfast time. The staff member at the working station truly deserves recognition! She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, ensuring every customer receives their orders promptly. What's more impressive is her exceptional multitasking skills, effortlessly handling 10-15 menu items simultaneously. Her dedication and efficiency make a significant impact on the overall customer experience.

It was a great first stop on this trip. After entering the hotel on the first day, I felt at home. The room was spacious and the view was good. Later, I found that the bathroom shower was broken. The front desk staff immediately informed me that I could change rooms because the repair would take time. And The room I stayed in was right next to mine and my request was processed pretty quickly. In addition, the location is quite close to the subway station and is convenient for entry and exit. If I go to Shenyang again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

This was a surprisingly large and inexpensive corner suite. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd hoped to do some catchup work on the work desk, but found the provided chair to be a little uncomfortable. The air circulation in the room wasn't always ideal. Bad air from outside finding its way in, somehow. Cool at night, and then warmed up a little too quickly in the morning. The large overhead shower head holes need to be cleaned as the water flow was weak. That said, a tub is provided for those who prefer that. I couldn't figure out how to use the television converter. The power light was on the appliance, but nothing. It would appear staff does not check the batteries. Likely need replacing. Breakfast was not included automatically, but the selection seemed sp**** for an established downtown hotel. The attendant, however was very caring for my needs as a laowei.

The hotel has convenient parking and charging stations. Nicole at the front desk provided very good service. She called to inquire about my needs before check-in, upgraded my room when I checked in, and helped me call a taxi when I checked out. The room had a good view and was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. The overall experience was good and I will choose it again next time.

The three families chose a two-bedroom city view suite and an executive king-size bed. The two-bedroom city view suite has two sofas for playing cards or eating, two two-meter beds and two separate bathrooms, suitable for a family of four. The executive king-size bed has a good floor and orientation. Although the room is a bit old, the hygiene is really good, the service is also good, and there are welcome fruits. The shower water flow is very strong, the room is large, the bed is large, and I will choose this hotel again next time. It is cost-effective. The brother at the front desk checked in quickly, and the lady who showed me the room was very nice. I forgot to look at the work card... The guest room lady on the 10th and 24th floors was very enthusiastic, thumbs up👍

Amazing view, excellent service, always nice to stay when visiting Shenyang. We were there with our baby and can recommend it to stay here. The bed was prepared that babies can‘t fall down. Gym and pool on the 86 floor is also amazing.

Amazing hotel, very value for money. Hotel is very clean, nice, and modern. To add, a staff Josie Ji went the extra mile to help us with our breakfast add on as it was difficult for us as foreigners to pay for the offer using WeChat pay. Service from her was really top-notched! Most staff we met were also all very professional and polite! Great stay experience.
