The house is not soundproof at all. The children next door are playing and laughing in the middle of the night. The voices of adults talking can be heard clearly, which affects the rest. The check-in experience is too bad, and the rest is not good at all.

地理位置優越，離地鐵也挺近，樓下就是萬達廣場，，窗外的風景很好，看見瀋陽的繁華地段，3人入住，平均價格很划算，但是整體樓內的環境不是很好，酒店樓層沒有門禁，外人隨時進出發小廣告，適合年輕人居住吧，隔音效果不是很好，隔壁吵吵鬧鬧的一清二楚，總體價格在那呢，也算物有所值吧！

選了很久看網上圖片不錯，訂了一個精選的房間，結果到店前台小姐姐看我們一家三口，幫我免費升級了，非常開心。房間很不錯，乾淨整潔也很安靜，格調屬於各人偏愛，能給人帶來平靜愉悦的心情。洗漱用品都很好用，衞生間是單獨的房間，我不喜歡那種洗漱台和廁所隔太遠的。地理位置很方便，樓下有萬達廣場。性價比之王！！

公司安排，前往瀋陽第一站住宿還是非常理想的！環境衞生挑不出來一點毛病，性價比很高，房間比別人家都要大一些，非常寬敞。還有辦公桌，網速也很快。坐地鐵或者輕軌就能直接到桃仙機場，可以説是出差首選了，公司出差比較合適，推薦推薦

設施：設施挺全的，還有微波爐，洗衣機，但
衞生：床單被罩臟東西，床上的頭髮，床單被罩都洗不出來了，布草上面印字也不是如家華驛，既然是如家華驛，連鎖旗下的，至少床上用品要乾淨一些吧，提出換房前台積極配合，但每房間的床單都是想沒洗一樣
