The house is not soundproof at all. The children next door are playing and laughing in the middle of the night. The voices of adults talking can be heard clearly, which affects the rest. The check-in experience is too bad, and the rest is not good at all.

首先我不是很懂為什麼家庭房兩瓶水，兩雙拖鞋，兩塊毛巾，兩塊浴巾，兩衹牙刷。家庭房是標間的配置為什麼要讓三個人入住呢？
圖一是我剛到酒店在手機上詢問關於礦泉水問題，然後就有了前台如此幽默的回覆。
圖二是一塊錢一瓶冰露我沒要，要了雙拖鞋，五月份棉拖鞋，很貼心。
從下午入住的拖鞋，飲用水，到晚上刷牙洗澡，一件件的事情，慢慢發現東西不夠，天知道我有多崩潰，那個浴室（公寓樓改的酒店）乾濕分離做的也不好，拉着浴簾最後浴室也是一地水，棉拖鞋沾水，直接就是培養皿。
第二天晚上回酒店要了牙刷拖鞋，我就知道肯定還是標間配置。上去之後發現果然是。過了一會兒，大哥沒穿工作服就來送東西，如家華驛的酒店，拖鞋（圖三）大家自己看，人在無語的時候真的很想笑，哈哈哈哈哈哈哎哈哈哈。

這次入住瀋陽如家華驛酒店非常滿意！
酒店位置便利，距離【地鐵站/景點/商圈】很近，周邊吃飯、購物都很方便。
衞生很好！房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得很踏實。
設備設施雖然簡約但齊全，Wi-Fi速度快，熱水充足，空調給力（夏天製冷快）。
特別感謝前台小張服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效，還主動提供了周邊出行建議。保潔阿姨打掃也很認真，每天房間都煥然一新。
環境耳目一新的感覺，和其他的商務酒店不一樣，房間空間很大，三個人一個房間一點也不會擁擠！
性價比真的很高，適合商務出行和旅遊住宿。下次來瀋陽還會選擇這裏！

地理位置優越，離地鐵也挺近，樓下就是萬達廣場，，窗外的風景很好，看見瀋陽的繁華地段，3人入住，平均價格很划算，但是整體樓內的環境不是很好，酒店樓層沒有門禁，外人隨時進出發小廣告，適合年輕人居住吧，隔音效果不是很好，隔壁吵吵鬧鬧的一清二楚，總體價格在那呢，也算物有所值吧！
