挺好的，如家就是乾淨，早餐豐富好吃。
交通便利，去中興大廈和聯營商場走路也是十分鐘左右的事，去瀋陽站步行也是五六分鐘的事。周邊好吃的很多。

上個月末帶爸媽來的，為了讓爸媽住的舒服一些，訂了一晚近三百的房間。一進門就很倒黴、碰到了會根據顧客是否好説話來分配房型的前台，她太心虛了做的明顯，給我們分了一間靠近樓梯的尾房，樓梯間是好多大窗子的那種，很空曠很冷，房間裏窗子又要靠我爸爸很大力才能關嚴，所以整個晚上可以説是瑟瑟發抖了。洗澡的時候淋浴間的縫隙也在鑽風，沖半小時熱水回被子裏整個人還是冷的。房間裏的空調會在房間達到設定温度之後停止運行，這時空調會哀嚎好一會兒，一直在戰戰兢兢會不會把爸媽吵醒，最後衹能把空調關了，整個晚上我都是蓋着羽絨服睡覺的。還有很多細節因為時間太久已經不記得了，綜合來説酒店很舊衞生條件也一般，之前幾年都是訂麗楓的，第一次嘗試如家，踩大雷沒有下次了。面相温和太講禮貌的不介意定這間，面相兇説話壓制力強的推薦這間。

地理位置好，前台辦理入住快速，房間安靜乾淨，出門打車方便，周圍有吃有喝，離瀋陽站10多分鐘，住了三天，搞衞生的阿姨很認真很負責，服務人員都很好，有求必應，m還能多給幾瓶水，一樓洗衣房高大上，早餐豐富，值得推薦入住
