The front desk clerk was very attentive and provided very good service. We were traveling with our children, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers for the children. The children liked the hotel very much and asked for at least a six-star rating. Facilities: They are all relatively new and comprehensive. There is a rest area on the first floor, with hot water and a coffee machine. Service: The service is very patient and thoughtful.

The room was generally clean and tidy, but there was a hair on the bed when I first checked in. However, the TV screen projection kept getting stuck and the TV would freeze.
