酒店在中國醫科大學北門內，對於送新生報到的家長臨時落腳來説非常方便，新生入學季需要提前預訂否則無空房，室內傢俱佈置與早餐標準符合學校會議接待中心的定位，與房價基本匹配，電熱水器供應熱水，正常洗澡沒有問題，泡盆浴需要耐心。總的來説，酒店的位置太好了，非常安全，短期來學校看孩子住上一晚上，第二天迎着早霞在學校裏散步的感覺太好了，但酒店一側的房間靠公路，窗户的隔音效果較差，追求安靜睡眠需要跟酒店要面向校園的房間。

房間一般，但衞生環境還可以，我定的是標準大床，去了給我安排了一個普通大床，而且位於鎮上地方較偏僻，周圍沒有小吃甚至衹有一個兩個麪店，定的時候，軟件上顯示：有空調和大窗户，房間寬敞明亮，但是去了之後，好像每個房間都是沒有窗户的，而且房間暗暗的，燈光也很暗，由於就住一天晚上所以沒有問前台為什麼沒有窗户，賓館有二樓，但是感覺每個房間都是一樣的每個都沒有窗户黑黑的，不知道為什麼會分出普通大床間和標準大床房，以及有無窗户的，然後賣着不一樣的價錢。
