環境：乾淨。阿姨每天都打掃的同時補充用品。 設施：齊全且很新。 服務：前台服務阿姨們態度都不很好。 整體都覺得很好，連住幾天唯一不滿意的就是早餐。太單調，完全一摸一樣的菜，擺放位置都是相同的，希望有所改善。但服務人員態度都很好👍

非常棒的一次出行，前台小文和美女們服務態度都很好，小文太熱情了讓人覺得像我好朋友給我服務一樣好有意思。酒店的床睡着很舒服，不是很軟會累腰，也不是很硬，就是睡着剛剛好，酒店給個連結吧想給我家床墊子換了。出行遊玩他家旅行攻略很值得參考啊，多虧了這攻略瀋陽值得去的地方都走了一圈，衹要你不懶哈哈。五星好評了

The newly opened hotel is very hygienic. It is clean and refreshing when you enter the door. There is a free laundry and drying service on the first floor. The room is simple and bright. The hanging ear coffee is very mellow. The front desk lady on duty during the Spring Festival and the cleaning brother are very warm and kind, take the initiative to say hello, give people a feeling of being at home, come back to Shenyang and live here!

I chose this hotel after seeing a lot of them on the Internet! The price is within the range I accept! The environment is very clean as soon as I enter the store! The bedding in the room is clean and tidy, and it feels good! The effect is the same as the picture seen on the Internet! Living is also comfortable 😊! It's pretty good! !

旅館很乾凈整潔，睡眠比較安靜，周圍近車站地鐵，出行方便，對面有超市購物方便，附近飯店多，吃飯也可以多元化選擇。

Clean, comfortable and affordable

It was my first time to stay in a good hotel in Shenyang ~ the layout of two bedrooms and a living room is great! After we went to stay somewhere else the next day, we decided to come back to Tianxi to spend our four-day and three-night trip in Shenyang! On the first day, the housekeeper was super enthusiastic and said to us that welcome to Shenyang ~ let our ********* little potatoes feel the full Northeastern enthusiasm ❤️ We will come again next year to spend the winter ~

剛開了七天，我們入住已經晚上十點了！大堂經理是個小美女，人很漂亮，細心的幫我們辦理入住，還幫我們拿了幾個靠枕！大廳乾淨整潔，房間也很滿意，雙人床很大，床墊很舒適，兩個人睡翻身沒有感覺，洗浴水流也很好，全屋智能，衹是智能還需要進一步的增強，早上起來，早餐也送到了房間！唯一一點不滿意的是枕頭不舒服，希望賓館配乳膠枕，睡着靠枕感覺很不理想！還會再來！期待改進的更完美

Warm and Memorable Stay at Conrad Shenyang During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable. When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours. Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home. This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.
