The room had a bad smell and was very dusty when I arrived. The TV remote was not working and the person we called to help kept shouting at us to use the buttons on the TV , yet there were no buttons.
The reception proceeded to give us another room, but it was worse and smaller than what we had booked.
We had to move back to the room with the broken TV control, and the room was not cleaned for two days, they forgot and we had to call for towels and water late night after we arrived back to the room.
Bad experience.

The journey continues…During my latest visit, I opted for another stay at the Fengyu Apartment but this time a different room.
I tried the loft apartment this time around. It’s spread across two floors. Think of it as a well decorated temporary living space. It feels like home away from home.
The living room on first flow has a balcony view of the lower surrounding buildings. This floor is also equipped with a compactly combined bathroom and toilet, along with a handy washing machine.
There are some stairs extended up from the living room leading to the second floor which has the bedroom arrangement , featuring a wardrobe and desk. The air conditioner happens to be high up the wall. This ensures that the cool or warm air first reaches the upper (second) floor before circulating down to the lower first floor.
Again I would recommend this room to anyone looking for that home away from home experience while on a solo travel or business trip.

The environment and facilities are very good, the service and hygiene are in place, the transportation downstairs is convenient, and there are many places to eat around
