Nice hotel in a business focused area, surrounded by Chinese tech companies. The room was spacious and clean. The room included a kitchen but it was very minimally equipped: just one pot, utensils for two and two dishes. It’s not really suitable for cooking full meals but fine if you are just reheating takeouts. There are plenty of food options and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff are highly cooperative; however, there was hair present on the bed sheets. Upon addressing this issue, the staff promptly replaced the sheets. Nonetheless, there is a need for improvement in their laundry procedures to ensure higher cleanliness standards.

Locationwise, it is pretty good.
The service apartment complex is located by the side of Shen Zhen University South. It is in the neighbourhood of the headquarter of a number of tech corporations.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and comfy.
So it's a recommended accomodation.

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you.
The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you.
Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy.
Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

The hotel location is quite good but sadly we didn't really get to fully enjoy the facility as we arrived to Shen Zhen late. The room is tighter than expected so if you are a large party, might need to book a bigger suite.

There was a lot of construction going on around the area. We booked an executive suite with 2 rooms since we are a family of four but the room was facing the street side so it was very loud. This place is shared by two other hotel/apr services- Citigo and M hotel. I thought the laundry room is available to us, but it was accessible. We had a washer in the balcony but since it was raining a lot, nothing was dried when washed and hung. Otherwise, pretty clean.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The room was very clean and well-equipped with good facilities.
The receptionist and staff were friendly. I really appreciated one of the staff members who helped me heat up my food at night :)
We’ll definitely come back to stay here if we visit Shenzhen again!
