I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Shenzhen, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve experienced near nanshan. The shower area was a standout, super spacious with sleek fixtures. The service was exceptional, starting with the warm welcome at check-in, where they gave me a super tasty cookie that was honestly one of the best I’ve had! I loved it so much that I asked for another, and the staff was so kind and happy to oblige, which really set the tone for the stay. Michael at the front desk was a gem—he added me on WeChat and was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions instantly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Shenzhen!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Lobby floor rooms are convenient because there’s no need to switch elevators to access the ground floor.

The rooms of the newly opened Hilton DoubleTree Hotel are very clean and modern. The night view is beautiful at night, and the Shenzhen Bay is particularly beautiful during the day. When checking in, Michael at the front desk was very enthusiastic. This hotel is worth recommending.
