Receptionist Kayla is very attentive and cheerful, I had a very impressed check in experience
Yulia from club lounge is very professional and cheerful as well, providing the great service during my trip
Room is spacious and location is good. Swimming pool looks bad condition, good to renovate if possible

Warm welcome by all staff members there, with special thanks to Kayla, who did her utmost best to help us out with our requests. The view was also nice from our room.
Location of the hotel is convenient near a subway station, but the larger shopping malls are not close by (around 2 km).
