Our stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian exceeded all expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the CBD and subway station, making travel extremely convenient. The front desk staff Cobe and Sakee were warm and efficient, and they upgraded our room. The room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view. The bedding is highly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special mention goes to Rina for her outstanding service! The fitness center and heated swimming pool have new facilities that are well-maintained. Every detail reflects a five-star standard. The breakfast is also excellent! Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is an ideal choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again next time!

This time I came to Shenzhen with my family and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Futian Hotel. The location is not far from the high speed rail station. There is a convenient store, 7-11, opposite to the hotel The hotel lobby is very beautiful. When checking in at the front desk, they introduced us to many hotel facilities, especially the gym and outdoor swimming pool on the 4th floor, which are very convenient. There’s also a kid club in the 1st floor. My children enjoyed playing there a lot before we left the hotel. The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. During breakfast, our children really like Lydia and Alina. They’re very helpful. I am very satisfied with the breakfast and like the freshly squeezed juice here. Restaurant manager Helen and front desk Scott are very professional. I will come to stay here again next time.

Hello, I have booked two executive level rooms with lounge access for my family of 5, including my 75yr old father. When we arrived the hotel had nicely prepared two room on level 39. When we went up, we feel that the entire level 39,including both room has a strong musty smell. We initially thought it was due to rainy seasons that carpet were not dry. I could sleep well the entire night. Both my wife and father woke up the next day having allergen attack symptoms. Realized it was due to the air-condition system, throwing out musty, unclean and contaminated air into the rooms. Immediately feedback to front desk, asking for dehumidifier or change of rooms. Hotel stuff explained tat the smell was due to rainy seasons and all dehumidifier were loan out. I insist a change of rooms. in the afternoon, we got a room on level 38 and 24. On level 38 there is still a musty smell. However, on level 24 there was no musty smell at all. Rooms sheet smell clean. I strongly urged all to book only the regular rooms on lower floor, Never to book the executive level. I have also attached a photo of the executive lobby mirror having molds and rust. Clearly the executive level air-condition system has some problem. It really feel like staying in a low end ******* hotel.

The room was nice and clean, and the King bed was huge. Service was great as well as the location, being near offices, high speed rail and Cocopark mall. The gym was amazing - it was huge and has everything you want. Thanks to Johnson and his team for the great stay!
