The front desk service is quick and polite. I was given a free upgrade. The location is great with easy access to the subway, shopping center and many restaurants. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip in the area.

I stay here every time this place is a best place if you want to stay near Luohu. Been coming to this hotel for over 15 years..At the reception Perter and Carol and so helpful and go off their way to help me..Always 5 stars for this place.

We're staying here twice during the trip. Each stay for 2 nights. Very good clean hotel. Breakfast menu is great as well. The hotel personnel are all nice. Location near Guamao Line 1. Excellent swrvices.

We were happy with our stay at the hotel hugely due to its scrumptious breakfasts with plenty of varieties of Asian and Western foods; baked buns, fruits and desserts. Daily cleaning is good. However, we were extremely unhappy with the cigarette smoking from the other hotel guests who have openly smoked in the lobby café area, smoked in their own room with their door widely opened, and some hotel rooms plus corridors smelled with heavy cigarette smoke despite there are signs of no smoking in every corner including in the hotel room, and the smokers will be penalize to Yuan 50-500 if smoking. But those smoker guests treated all the no smoking signs in the hotel as decorations and continued to smoke in public.
