I guess this hotel used to be nice, but it feels very old, very dirty, lots of dust in the room, and the carpet is full of stains.
The room is super noisy even though they give me the "quiet side" of the hotel on the 25th floor.
You hear the train running nonstop, and the cars downstairs like the windows are open even though they are closed.
All the furnitures are old and full of wear and tear.
I guess it used to be nice but unfortunately they didn't keep it well enough and didn't clean the room well.

the room is clean, spacious, with free self-laudry services. right next to shopping mall, MTR, and dafeng art street. walmart is also next door with many food choices. Highly recommend.

Usually, I stay in this hotel, the best in the area, with reasonable prices, a good location, a parking lot in excellent condition, a shopping center downstairs with international brands, and a metro station very near.

In this hotel, everything is perfect, at a very convenient location. Check in and out services are fast, but the lobby is without air con.
Inside the room, the bed is comfortable, is clean and with all the necessities. Towels are soft. The only negative point about this hotel is: the hotel is facing the main road, with very heavy traffic. This hotel is without double glazed window, therefore, it feels like the car passed by your head, very noisy from day and night. I would recommend the property developer, to renovate the hotel again, it must be with double glazed windows. Don't be a stingy developer.
On the lower floors of the hotel, there is a mall with many shops and restaurants. With adidas, Nike, Starbucks and by the side of the hotel, there is a Walmart.

Not that easy to find the location, room is large but I feel they need some maintenance and improve some cleanness. Not too many restaurants around, well at least not for foreigners.
