Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to switch hotels at the very last minute with my wife and baby, and I was under a lot of stress. Elena and Alison went above and beyond to help us settle in quickly and smoothly. They not only handled everything with remarkable efficiency and warmth but also thoughtfully arranged baby supplies in our room so our little one could feel comfortable right away. Their proactive approach and attention to detail turned what could have been a chaotic situation into a completely seamless transition. Beyond that, the hotel itself is stunning: elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. But it was truly the personalized, caring service from Elena and Alison that made our stay unforgettable.
