Lovely view and decoration. Just as promessed. About 500 meters away from metro station. Only downside, no elevator. Still, it's worthy.

The location here is excellent, almost a stone's throw from the beach and right by the seaside promenade. The owner is very nice and responsive whenever you need anything. We even barbecued on the rooftop at night; it wasn't cold at all in winter, actually more comfortable than summer. We booked a room with a bathtub, and it was great to soak and wash away fatigue before sleeping. They provided disposable liners, which made me feel at ease using it. The only slight drawback overall was the lack of an elevator, so you have to climb stairs. Some delivery drivers also left food at the front desk instead of bringing it to the room. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I couldn't find any mosquito coils. Also, there's a big protrusion on the edge of the bed that I accidentally tripped over, which hurt like crazy and left a bruise. I felt too embarrassed to tell the owner, just figured it was my own fault for not watching my step. The next day, I noticed some bloodshot eyes, so I recommend everyone be careful. If you're traveling with kids, make sure they don't bump into anything. Overall, I had a good experience and the value for money is great. This is my honest review, and I hope it helps future travelers.

First off, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the seafood street and only about 200 meters from the popular photo spots. We had a sunrise sea-view room with a huge, floor-to-ceiling window facing the ocean, plus electric curtains – it really set the mood! It was clean, hygienic, and even had a big bathtub. Lying in bed watching the sunrise was absolutely amazing. Thumbs up! [Strong]

The hotel is quite close to the metro station and right by the sea, surrounded by seafood restaurants. Staying in a sea-view room, you wake up to a beautiful harbor view. Stepping out, you're directly on the seaside promenade, perfect for a morning stroll or bike ride. It's also very near Dameisha, just one metro stop away. I got to see the stunning sea views I wanted to, definitely recommend it.

The room was very clean. You could watch the sunrise from your bed, and it's conveniently located near the subway, making travel very easy.

The owner is incredibly nice, very welcoming, and provides excellent service. The place is super clean, and the price is really good. Our room had a direct ocean view, so we didn't even have to leave to catch the sunrise and sunset – we could see it all right from our bed! It’s also a great spot for taking photos while traveling.

Whenever I come to Shenzhen, I love staying at this hotel. The owner provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's convenient for sightseeing nearby. Being close to the subway makes it easy to get to Chung Ying Street and Xiaomeisha. Plus, there are plenty of dining options, making it my top choice for any trip.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy with no strange odors. When we came back from the beach and brought sand in, the owner even offered to help clean up, which was really great. Facilities: The facilities are excellent. As soon as you open the curtains, you see the ocean. There's also a bathtub and a projector, making for a very comfortable evening whether you're taking a bath or watching a movie. Ambiance: The environment has a great vibe. It's perfect for taking photos in the room. Service: The owner is very welcoming and the service is top-notch. We overslept today and missed the check-out time, but the owner was very understanding. The hotel view looks amazing in photos, but there were some issues during my stay. The room assigned to me was on the second floor. Although it had a sea view, I could see the lower iron roof, which was not appealing. Additionally, there was no lift, so I had to use the stairs. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, making it inconvenient. There were also some cleanliness issues, like the toilet seat flush button, which was quite dirty. The only positive aspect was that if someone is looking for a limited way to enjoy a sea view, this hotel could be suitable.
