I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Nanshan, the room is modern, well equipped and decorated. But the best of all is the cordiality and service of the Hotel staff, of which I especially highlight Mr. Stephen and Miss. Jiang from the Hotel reception/front desk who are extremely friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you needed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the breakfast where there was a lot of choice ro Chinese and Western guests.
We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting.
We will definitely book a room with Mercure again. Thank you!

The hotel room has nicely interior. It is clean and quite cozy. But the surroundings is not ideal, not many choices of restaurants. Taxi's and didi does not stop at the front of the hotel entrance, just on the side street.
Breakfast buffet has quite lot choices.

I always stay here when I come to Shenzhen. The service is great and they come to your door with fruit for an after-lunch treat.
