Overall, my stay was pleasant—the room was exceptional (spacious, elegant, and spotless), and the pool was truly unforgettable.
That said, I noticed signs of budget constraints in a few areas:
The welcome fruit platter felt minimal for MO’s luxury standard.
The MO Club experience surprised me: the food selection was limited (unlike other MO properties), and the lounge’s location lacked the usual exclusivity. Most strikingly, it was my first time at an MO Club where afternoon tea required self-service for cakes and breakfast wasn’t offered.
However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth shone brightly—a reminder of MO’s core values. Special thanks to Bonnie and Fleta Fang for their attentive service. Wishing Fleta a fruitful internship and brilliant future ahead!
While not the flawless MO experience I’d hoped for, the team’s dedication made it memorable.

Had an amazing stay with my family, room was spacious with stunning view and everything was taken with care.

We stayed at the MO’s Skyline view room and the view was magnificent. Service and staff were also excellent. However I have 2 comments for hotel: 1) breakfast buffet needs more variety; 2) bathroom floor including shower stall was all laid in marble. It got very slippery when wet after each use. The hot water wasn’t hot enough even when turned to highest setting. Overall, hotel was beautiful and location perfect for us at the Upperhills area.

Check in was very smooth and we enjoyed the upgrade to the Mandarin Club. The service there was very intimate. Being next to the shopping mall was definitely a bonus! Love to come back.

Overall experience was excellent except the long queue for breakfast. The staffs from check in counter and concierge were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
