We arrived at hotel at 3pm for check in but staff called only around 5:15pm for check in. We were suppose to be able to check in at 3:30pm.
Cleaniness not upto a 5 star hotel standard. Hair still on floor and stain around bathroom.
Breakfast buffet is good and fresh.

They have good service, the front desk members (Noah, Tiny,and Evelyn) are nice. Nicole (not front desk, a service member passby) spoke fluent Cantonese and helped us with communication.
