Room was comfortably big enough for a solo traveller like me. I especially liked that they had a washing machine and dryer within the room itself. Amenities were all sufficient, and replenished every day.
Location-wise, it is a little off-center (but then again Shenzhen is a big city so you have to travel around via metro to the different tourist sites anyway), but relatively near to Dongmen Old Street.

First of all, you might not get what you saw from the photos that were posted (the photos look a lot nicer that the actual room conditions). The kitchen is useless since there is nothing for you to cook with. There was only one elevator for everyone in the building to share so you might need to wait for a while during rush hours. My exhausted fan in the bathroom was broken so it was kind of humid and smelly inside. I personally will not recommend this hotel.

Booked Guestroom. Washing machine, fridge, western bathroom. Some towels are frayed and should be replaced. Lots of eateries, bakery and supermarket nearby

Clean. Loft with bed on second level in apartment. Bright due to high windows. Refrigerator was spoilt but they replaced it. Day and night receptionists were both very polite and helpful.

They didn't have the apartment ready at the time of check-in so we had to wait for them to clean up. We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment with 2 rooms. The apartment smelled like cigarettes and we saw while they were cleaning that there were cigarettes on the floor. No plates, cutlery or cooking utensils, only cups.

Location is good. Room was clean but there’s no non-smoking room. I could smell some residual cigarette smell. There’s also no fridge. But everything else was good and it’s great value for money.
