From gate A2 of Shenzhen Bei Railway station, go to your right, hotel located within 1 or 2 minutes walking distance on your left. To check in, go to 3rd floor with lift. Food court/mini market at 1st floor(ground floor for foreigners). Great location for a short stay if you wish to catch early train the next day or arriving late at the night. Majorities of the rooms will be without window, those with window will be a bit noise due to near to railway/highway, simple breakfast but acceptable.

It was a good hotel in a great location so I could grab my train as soon as possible, one problem is that there are so many other things I or who smoke and do not care about the fact that you’re in a no smoking room, it’s not a no smoking room if you can smell smoke outside!, complained and it was solved quickly but still almost ruined my trip. I recommend they reserve certain spaces for non smoking rooms and others for smokers so it doesn’t cause issues like this. 这是一家不错的酒店,地理位置优越,所以我可以尽快赶上我的火车,一个问题是我或吸烟的人还有很多其他的东西,不在乎你在一个禁烟房间里,如果你能闻到外面的烟味,这不是一个禁烟的房间! 抱怨,很快就解决了,但仍然几乎毁了我的旅行。

Excellent value for money. Great location right next to Shenzhen North Station. Clean and modern room and very comfortable bed. Friendly dedicated staff and very helpful

the aircon at our room was warm, instead of cool (on 2nd day), the next day to get the replacement another room (little bigger) but found we can not turn off (from the control panel) and too cold ... very strange!

Location is good, since it’s very close to a train station. But I can’t say it’s comfortable. There is no window and a room that I stayed is not clean.

The hotel's location is suburb. But it is a shame that they do a bad job of directing arriving clients to the hotel! When I arrived at the adjacent train station, I knew I was close to the hotel. Based on a look at the station map and the online trip.com map of the hotel, I positioned myself "near" the hotel before phoning the hotel to get directions. I was transferred to a hotel employee who supposedly spoke English. When I told him where I was, he told me I had gone to the incorrect side of the station. He specifically directed me to the (apparently non-existent) "North Plaza" of the station. I told him that once I found this "north plaza", I might have to call back. Then I looked at a physically posted site diagram and looked for something labeled "North Plaza". A young man nearby asked if I needed help. I explained the situation. He got the phone number of the hotel from me and called them back, speaking to them in Chinese. It turned out that I had exited the railway station at the proper place all along, and that now all I needed to do was walk through a food court to get to the hotel. Apparently the hotel's "English speaking resource" did not properly know the words for North, and East. Who knows how long I might have wandered around if the helpful stranger had not phoned the hotel! The hotel rooms were basic, clean and comfortable. All the rooms are on a single level, and the multiple identical corridors got a bit confusing. I was not the only guest who seemed stuck in a maze! Anyway, other than the bogus "directions" from the clerk, the stay at the hotel was good.

Best part is it's near to shenzhen North station 2 minutes walking just take an exit A2 than go right side very next to Mcdonald very easy and convenient to reach. Problem is language they do not have anyone who can talk in English. Don't expect any window for air circulation or natural sun light.

The best hotel ever. Staffs are helpful and professional. So convenient and secure location. Steps away from SZ North station, restaurants, etc... Room are nice and clean. Will book again.

Merits: The hotel is very close (100m from exit A2) to Shenzhen North train station. A food court and a supermart are next to hotel. Bed is ok, cleanliness is average, room is big. Staff is friendly. Limitations: Tariff is a bit higher than expected. Suspect chair has bug.

Location is very good especially when we need to catch a very early train at 6.30am. Staff are not knowledgeable about processes of ticket collection for foreigners and have a nonchalant attitude. My biggest grip is the bathroom. There's no-where for you to put your stuff or clothes which is a terrible layout.

The air conditioner doesn't work. No matter how nice everything else is, I couldn't breath in my room because of bad air, no air circulation and no cool air.
