Fantastic Hotel in all aspects eg. Location. I will definitely come back to stay says it all. Modern rooms and staff are PASSIONATE about their job. All staff are friendly and super helpful. Special mention Ms Xiang that went beyond her duties. Well managed Hotel and thank you for making my trip memorable.

The hotel was great:-
1. Location is very near to gate B of Fumin station and near Line 4.
2. Hotel reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Full marks.
3. There is a good restaurant downstairs called Fat Sister. Fantastic goose drumsticks.
4. There is a 7-eleven 60 meters away.
5. There is a good restaurant on level 1 also.
6. Room, bed and linen were very clean and odorless.

The location of TrueGo Fumin is very convinient and 1 station away from convention center by metro ! The service given by team lead by Miss Xiang Xianyu is outstanding 😊 it’s a perfect location for people who have business at the city center of Shenzhen .

nice hotel located right next to FuMin Station. Good service and comfy rooms with technology services. Free use of washing machine and dryer which is really helpful. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. will recommend!

Location is very close to the MRT station. The staffs are friendly. They provided laundry detergent in the room which i think is very thoughtful. I stayed here for two nights and i had a great morning walk nearby, calm and serene especially at the park opposite the hotel.

Very pleasant stay at True Go Fumin Station. Very convenient to Line 4 & Line 10 MTR exit. The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. Comfortable bed and efficient AC. The front desk staff Ms 謝, was very friendly and helpful. She checked the MTR schedule for me and gave me suggestions to catch an early high speed train at the Shenzhen N High Speed Railway Station. Will stay at True Go, Shenzhen Convention Center Fumin Station again, if we visit Shenzhen the next time.

Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.
