Four of us stayed overnight in 2 rooms on the same floor. When we checked in, the front desk staff were all excellent, helpful, and service with smiles, especially when we checked out they came to the rescue by ordering 2 taxis which took us to Shenzhen North Railway station in 10 to 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the variety of teas being served at the lobby, and the soothing music played on the old traditional Chinese harp by a talented lady so graceful. Also, the delicious breakfasts made our day, and last but not least the 1.5 hour complimentary laundry service topped my amazement. I strongly recommend this hotel. Once again pls convey my most appreciation to all the staff and am so grateful to the receptionist who went out personally to the street to give instructions to the cab drivers. Well done folks, way to go! 👍👍👍

We booked a non smoking room. When we checked in, I noticed the room have smoking smell in the toilet. The worst is the smell from the comforter too that make me can’t sleep the whole night. Discuss with the front desk and been told that the hotel is not allow smoking but they can’t control the customers. This is strange!! I cancelled next two days booking and change to Hampton inn, whole hotel even the lobby is no smoking smell. How come the other hotel can enforce it but not Orange?? Beside the smoking smell, the hotel is ok. The front desk staffs need well trained.

the room met my expectations, it's good value for money. it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first, you should enter at the entrance shown on the photo, take the elevator to the 8th floor, and find the reception office to the right hand side.

The room was good but the curtains didn’t cover the sunlight. The ac has cigarette smell very much The breakfast is the main issue. As in TRIP.COM it says Chinese breakfast. Instead they gave us kfc burger and say is breakfast very disappointing about that

I have visited this hotel many times with friends and family, and it has always been one of our favorite spots. Its convenient location, right across the street from a giant mall, adds to its charm. However, my recent stay was disappointing. This was my first visit since the hotel closed for renovations and upgrades, and I was hopeful for improvements. Unfortunately, it felt more like a downgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic, with checked-out cards and even some clients' IDs left on the table. The staff’s attitude was also concerning; they were cold when checking me in. As for the rooms, they didn’t seem upgraded at all. The sheets were slightly dirty, and there was a stronger smoke smell that I hadn’t noticed before. Despite these issues, I still love the hotel's location and believe there is great potential for improvement, especially in the front-of-house and cleaning staff. On a positive note, the updated big screen in the room was a nice touch. I hope to see better management and cleanliness on my next visit!

Location, location, location! Extreme convenience for us who need easy access to both MTR and high-speed railway. Nice to have washing machine in the room and elec warming rack in bathroom. We were able to do a load of laundry and dry the clothes in a day. Appreciate this amenity available to us travelers. When we were ready to check out, the office was locked, and there was no staff around. We pushed the room key card under the door. It would be helpful to have a locked box outside the office for us to drop off the room key/card when leaving.

The place is rather run down and not well maintained. The cigarette smell is really strong and the apartment is dirty. The toilet is small and the bed is rather hard. If it's only for one night, it's fine, because the location is perfect to get to the train station.

The projection room I booked has a very comfortable mattress. It's actually quite nice to sit on the sofa and watch a projection movie at night and have a drink with my girlfriend. And if you need anything, just send a message to the housekeeper. It will be delivered directly to the door, and takeaways can also be delivered to the door. It's very convenient, and parking is also free, and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Good price but a bit far from city center. There is a pub on the 5th floor so sometimes the cigarette/smoking smell can interrupt in the elevator. Amenities are great. Lobby is too small and lack of seats while waiting for Didi, fortunately hot tea is always available for refreshing. Front staff cannot speak English at all but seem willing to provide services.
