This is a residence type Hilton instead of Hilton hotel, there’s a connecting indoor walkway to the Hilton hotel. There’s washing machine you can do washing and drying, induction hub and microwave, big fridge, but there isnt any water provided in the room. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious.

For an overnight stay at the airport before you takeoff to your next destination it is a very convenient solution. You have to endure the planes taking off several times an hour. Earplug is recommended 😀 but cleanliness is good and even when you need a toothbrush they help you out. Very good hotel.

Nice hotel. It provides free shuttle bus to the Bao'an International airport which took about 15 minutes.

Stayed here in December. Nice and clean rooms with decent views and reasonable price. The staff we encountered weee great and friendly. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant, with a nearby shopping mall that included a supermarket, several social restaurants, and a cinema.. The overall experience were excellent. And the welcoming cookies were the best cookies!

Because I had to transfer flights, I had to spend the night at the airport, which meant a 18-hour layover. I wasn't sure if I should stay at the airport, so even though it cost money, I booked a hotel room. It seemed like a good choice. The hotel's size, room size and staff service were all impeccable, especially the beautiful Janet! (Even more so compared to the United States.) I arrived too late for dinner at the restaurant, but the hotel's appearance and service looked good. The hotel's free airport shuttle service is available 24 hours a day! It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. The view from the upper floors was nice because there wasn't much to see nearby. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

This hotel is a little further from the airport than expected for a transfer hotel - maybe a 20 min journey. They have a shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off, which is very handy, and communication to find it was easeful. The hotel itself is nice and does the job for an overnight stay hotel. There was some noise from the room next door, but I still drifted to sleep. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't to my taste, so I didn't enjoy it. Note that the kitchen staff don't speak English and there wasn't adequate labelling on all the dishes for me to know what certain items were. For the price paid for the room and the purpose it was fine.

A truly perfect experience: 1. The 200 yuan deposit is irrelevant; it'll definitely be returned to you! 2. The king-size room I booked was listed as 16-22 square meters. I arrived early in the morning and discovered I only had about 3 square meters of walking space. The entire room was about 6 square meters. I contacted the front desk lady and told her they were out of rooms. I asked her if that was cheating, but she said no, there were only two smaller rooms available, and I was lucky enough to find one. So what? It was late, so I'd just have to endure it for one night! 3. The dry and wet room separation was unavoidable; the space was too small. After washing up, there was a lot of water on the floor. I recommend going to bed quickly to avoid slipping! A perfect experience, a unique experience, and the only one I'll ever have! The next day, I decided to stay somewhere less perfect.

HUALUXE is a beautiful, brand new hotel with a stylish lobby, well-designed rooms, and excellent facilities (e.g., rooftop pool and gym). There are some very thoughtful touches, such as an washlet toilet with many automated functions (e.g., the lid opens when you approach the toilet and closes after flushing, which is also automated) and universal power outlets. The breakfast selection is decent; however, the fried food items were not kept warm. The hotel is perfect for guests who need to catch a flight from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. Major shopping malls and the emerging Qianhai business district are 5-10 minutes away by car. There is an abundance of electrike share bikes nearby, but conventional bicycles are not as plentiful.
