Hotels in Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Fuyong, Shenzhen

The hotel has such comfortable beddings that we have to extend our stay to recharge further! Thanks to Alaia for her assistance in handling our parcel and Olivia for arranging special late check out for us! Awesome stay, we will come back again! Very relaxing environment with resort setting at the cafe area too. Will also try the Chinese restaurant tonight, reviews are looking good. Hilton Honor members also got extra discount at outlets !

Having music playing in the room was a wonderful surprise; it truly helped me relax, drift off to sleep, and have sweet dreams. It felt quite unique and incredibly comfortable. The music's soothing quality was so pleasant, it would even be perfect for car rides, making everyone feel at ease and enjoy the experience. Additionally, they offered complimentary evening amenities like porridge, ice, and tea, which was a thoughtful and excellent service. The ambiance was elegant and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. There was ample parking available, and the price was very reasonable. Five-star recommendation!

The free shuttle bus was easy to find by following the recommendations they send on WeChat: I strongly recommend you to add them on WeChat for easier communication with the hotel and shuttle service. The hotel room was big, clean and nice. The Chinese buffet breakfast was nice for me too. I disliked that no gym (or no gym available at this time): one of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it's advertised to have a gym.

I was in town for a training session. My usual hotel near the airport was fully booked, so I couldn't extend my stay. I searched for a nearby place, and before checking the app, I assumed hotels within 3km of the airport would be quite pricey. I was prepared to just settle for one night, but to my surprise, the room offered excellent value for money, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. In the morning, I left for a hike and realized I had left my charging cable in the room. I called the hotel, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. When I checked out in the afternoon, I expected the airport transfer service to be a shuttle bus, but unexpectedly, I received a private car service. The driver got me to the airport in just 10 minutes. Overall, this trip was exceptionally comfortable. Five stars!

I got a 6-year old themed room. (My mental age, although I am 60, so it was fun) I think the hotel was fully booked and they gave me this room. The room was not ready when I arrived (6:30 pm) so they gave me an ice cream at the lobby. The rate was also 90% more than I normally pay (was there a fair or exposition near by I guess. The location is conveniently close to Bao'an international airport.

Nice environment and the room was clean and comfortable. The location very near airport, beside the hotel is a mall got a lot of restaurants there. But it quite far to longhua and futian area. Hotel breakfast is complete, served with chinese and western choices. Hotel provided one time transfer to airport.

This time in Shenzhen, I stayed at an absolutely incredible hotel. Stepping into the hotel lobby, I was immediately struck by its grand yet elegant ambiance, seamlessly blending modern and traditional Chinese elements. The spacious lobby was filled with abundant natural light and exuded a rich Oriental aesthetic charm, making it incredibly photogenic 📸. The decor and arrangement of the public areas were highly tasteful; every detail spoke of quality. My room offered a spectacular view. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows showcased breathtaking cityscapes and a distant glimpse of the sea. Bathed in sunlight during the day, the room felt incredibly serene and pleasant. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring I woke up feeling completely refreshed. The smart toilet was also very convenient! Every staff member, from check-in at the front desk to room service, was warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt, especially my butler, [Qingshan]. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again!

The female lobby manager was incredibly helpful with room assignments – she deserves a big thumbs-up! I also highly appreciate the hotel's special room styling service. For a small additional charge, a little thoughtful decoration can truly help guests create a romantic evening. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Metro Station Exit B, with an abundance of restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean, and I was thoroughly impressed with all the arrangements for this stay.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful; it quickly cooled the room down from Shenzhen's 30+ degree heat, making it instantly comfortable. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is excellent. Despite being so close to the airport, there was absolutely no airplane noise at night. The soundproofing was fantastic, and I slept soundly until morning. Service: Truly exceptional. They offer wake-up calls and an airport shuttle. What really stood out was their thoughtfulness; they proactively asked if I needed assistance booking the airport shuttle.

Having a hot drink (just light tea) during check in and easy access to a pot of fruits/tiny snacks, a coffee/tea dispenser were v nice touches. Missed the free (we think) breakfast - forgot n don’t think staff said anything as well. Slept well but we notice theres a window that’s kept open for ventilation, and the hotel is right next to a petrol station and open canal (no smells noted). Best part is the free shuttle bus to n fro airport - earliest was 520am (which we needed) & they even gave us a wake up call. First shuttle was packed on this trip - pls register the day before, we were glad we did.
