Choosing this homestay was the best surprise of my trip! It completely exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** The homestay was spotlessly clean and tidy. The decor style was a warm and minimalist design, which I absolutely loved – it felt both stylish and incredibly relaxing, just like being at home. The actual place matched the photos exactly, even looking better in person! **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and comprehensive. From Wi-Fi and air conditioning to kitchen utensils, the host had thought of every single detail. The bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly, and a hot shower was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. **Location:** The location was also fantastic. It was very convenient for transportation, with a metro/bus station nearby, making it easy to get to all the attractions and shopping areas. Despite being in such a convenient spot, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. **Host:** Finally, I must commend the host! They were incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering all my questions even before check-in and providing detailed guides and directions. Their responses were always super quick whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of and welcomed. **Overall:** This was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it to all my friends. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Holiday Inn Nanahan continue to maintain a high standard in terms of service quality as this is the second time of my visit within 6 months. The room remains as clean and tidy. The staff are all very helpful. Needless to say the location is superb in terms of transportation plus natural landscape. We did visit Zhongshan Park this time and were amazed by its tranquility. Hotel is all great and I am sure more people are keen to come cover if there are shopping center and halls nearby.

The lobby is upscale and stylish, and the rooms are impeccably clean and bright – truly nothing to fault! The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The expansive view from the window also lifted my spirits. ”Little Bear Butler” was incredibly thoughtful! Their service was impeccable, with staff always smiling and incredibly proactive. They immediately offered kids' slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a baby. The gym equipment was plentiful and new! Treadmills and strength training machines were all available, and most importantly, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was great to be able to use fresh equipment anytime, allowing me to stick to my workout routine even during the holiday – truly impressive! The room amenities included makeup remover wipes, an eye mask, and earplugs. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to the Science Park! Highly recommend it to families with kids, fitness enthusiasts, and business travelers alike – truly one of the most user-centric hotels I've ever experienced!

Had a great one-night stay. From the moment I entered the lobby to check-in, and every interaction with staff throughout my stay, everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. The thoughtful arrangements and high-quality service truly stood out. The swimming pool water was clean and clear, making for a very enjoyable swim. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with the Cheong Fun and wontons being particularly delicious. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the cold milk dispenser, which was quite small and needed frequent refilling. The executive lounge was very quiet and peaceful. It would be perfect if the cocktail service hours could be extended a bit. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. This is our second time coming because we had a nice experience previously and again we are pleased. We are foreigners with a 1year old baby and I’d definitely recommend you to try it. The stuff are friendly, patient, kind, and most importantly very understanding. Will definitely use it whenever we come back here in Nanshan Shenzhen.

Modern and stylish, VON Hotel Wanhé sits right next to The MixC in Nanshan, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Rooms are spotless and well-designed, featuring smart controls for lights and air-conditioning, plus comfortable beds and big windows with great city views. Staff are friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, adding to the overall pleasant stay.

Facilities: The hotel provides laundry facilities (washer and dryer), which is a huge plus for long-term business travelers. The gym is a bit small, and it's a shame there's no swimming pool. Food: Breakfast was excellent; the food was thoughtfully prepared and rivaled the quality of upscale dining. A complimentary fruit platter was also provided in the room. Room: The room offered a great view, showcasing Shenzhen's unique charm (see pictures). The only drawback was a lingering renovation smell in the room, which required the air conditioning to be on to mitigate it, and staying for extended periods caused throat discomfort.

My previous trips to Shenzhen were always for business, but this time I decided to combine it with a vacation and booked the Youxiong Hotel. It truly changed my impression of the city. Nestled in an old quarter within an urban village, it offers the best of both worlds: delicious dining and charming small shops are just downstairs, while evenings are quiet and tranquil like a residential area. It's truly the perfect choice for spontaneous travelers who don't want the hassle of planning an itinerary. The front desk staff was excellent during check-in. Given that designers often select rather unique items, the staff member patiently explained how to use various amenities in the room and offered useful tips. On our departure day, it had just stopped raining, and the owner even used a camping trolley to help us load our luggage into the car. Plenty of photos of the rooms and decor can be found online, and they perfectly matched my expectations. The style is distinctly different from how I'd decorate my own home, which made for a refreshing and unique experience. The hotel also thoughtfully provides branded, high-quality toiletries, ensuring guests can use them with complete peace of mind. Oh, and the drinks at the downstairs coffee shop are fantastic! 👍🏼 I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Location: 50m away from Nanshan metro station and only 4 stops away from Shenzhen Bao’An International Airport. It is convenient to move around the city. Service: We would like to express our gratitude to Candy, Max, Ms.Yang who have helped us with Alipay app and parcel deliveries. They are helpful and friendly to guide us. Thank you very much. Room: The room generally clean and spacious. The bedding is comfort too. Robot machine is available for food deliveries. Overall, we are enjoyed with the stays.

My top choice for business trips to Shenzhen. Its prime location makes food delivery and taxis incredibly convenient. Parking is free, which is great, but it's a shame they no longer offer complimentary car washing. Being able to choose your pillow type is a thoughtful touch and a definite improvement. As always, the cleanliness is impeccable.
