Great location. Front desk staff very friendly, especially  劉靜, she goes out of her way helping with translating and recommended places to visit, even suggesting alternative transportation routes. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee

Seriously, everyone! My stay at Orange Hotel this time was absolutely incredible, and I just have to recommend it to all of you. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was immediately captivated by its unique and cozy design. The lobby was incredibly stylish and artistic, a stark contrast to other generic hotels, and I instantly felt relaxed. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so unbelievably soft, like sinking into clouds – I had the best night's sleep! The room amenities were also very modern; the smart devices were super convenient, allowing me to control the lights and air conditioning with just my voice – very high-tech! The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were high-quality and very pleasant to use. The hotel's location was also superb, with excellent transport links nearby – subway and bus stations are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing or shopping. Plus, the surrounding area is buzzing with delicious restaurants and convenience stores, giving it a lively local feel.

My colleagues and I stayed for three consecutive nights on a business trip near Huawei, and choosing this twin room was absolutely the right decision! The room was exceptionally clean, and the two 1.35-meter beds were spaced well enough that we didn't disturb each other. The soundproofing at night was truly excellent; no noise seeped into the room. Breakfast was an authentic Chinese buffet. The congee was perfectly slow-cooked, with the rice grains visibly bloomed, and paired with pickled mustard greens and pork floss, it was truly comforting and warming. The freshly stir-fried 'hefen' had amazing 'wok hei,' and there were also tea eggs and steamed buns. The variety changed daily, so we never got bored of it. The gym became our morning meeting spot, with treadmills and ellipticals facing the street view outside the window, allowing us to work out while brainstorming for the day. The garment steamer in the free laundry room ironed our shirts perfectly crisp in just two minutes, and a robot precisely delivered our takeout supper right to our door.

good location, close to the office area, surrounded by many restaurants and markets. clean room. good breakfast. but bit noisy by the construction e:en in the evening. bed was a bit soft.

The staff are very friendly. They have prepared some decoration and birthday presents for my son. The location is also convenient, next to a shopping mall. Highly recommend for family

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel may not look new in photos online but it is clean and well kept. More importantly, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and a staff member even helped me with my courier! The location is fantastic too! It is just a stone's throw away from a big shopping mall and there are many amenities like cafes, restaurants and convenience stone nearby.

The location is good, few minutes to the subway station, there are some restaurant/coffee shop nearby. I believe a crowd of HK travelers may make the staff felt tired, due to the Easter Holiday in HK. The one male staff who checked the last 2 rooms in is not nice and I asked him where was the restroom, he was totally ignored me, until my sister in law repeated my question. I would like to complaint about the breakfast time, the café was fully occupied, no more seat available at the moment. The receptionist is helpless, did not offer a help. I think the hotel need to think about it how to handle if the hotel was running full, but the capacity of café is not enough. This happen is not only on me, also for the other in house guest. I've always loved Atour. I was originally planning to book any hotel in northern Shenzhen, but then I discovered a new Atour and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be excellent! The room design had many thoughtful touches, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive, helping with early check-in and escorting me to the elevator. The environment was lovely, the elevator was relatively new, and it's not far from the station, plus it's right next to the biggest shopping district – super convenient! It's perfect for a vacation, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
