Hotels in Guanlan, Shenzhen

My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!

I was so excited and full of anticipation before coming here to play golf. And now that we’re here, we’re absolutely loving our stay and the entire golf experience! The facilities are fantastic—everything you could need is provided, so there’s no worry about missing anything. Our room is excellent too, especially the bed, which gave us such great sleep. What really stood out was the hotel staff—they were incredibly helpful and made sure our golf trip ended perfectly. Truly a memorable experience!

Stayed for several nights in a row, it was good, the decoration was simple and stylish, quiet, and the soundproofing was good. There was free parking, there were books to read in the public area on the second floor, the front desk staff was enthusiastic, I will come again next time.

It was my second time to stay at this hotel. Everything is good but if you stay at 4/F, it will be very noisy as there is a Karaoke at 3/F. Avoid 4/F or even 5/F.

Nice hotel but walkway from metro to hotel has a lot of construction hence can be difficult if rolling luggages. Hotel provided a room upgrade and room is large with toiletries provided or upon request. Hotel has few restaurants but we didn't have the opportunity to try. Overall comfortable hotel with good service, will choose if in same area again.

We’ve planned to spend 3 days and 2 nights around Mission Hills area and came across this hotel. This hotel deserves to be 5 stars! All the staffs were friendly and make an effort to assist if you don’t speak the language! The room itself it’s lovely! Spacious new and details oriented! We stay on the 18th floor, loved how they layout the bathroom separately on the toilet room. Bright and spacious def recommend! The only downside it’s the location as there is no mtr around or any eateries and the Didi taxi seems to get confused of the entrance. The breakfast was above average, they had a make to order congee station and noddle as well. And if you ask nicely they can make you fresh eggs as well.

I've stayed at Atour Hotel multiple times, and their service is truly exceptional. They are very polite to foreign guests and thoughtfully helped my foreign friends pick up packages on numerous occasions, demonstrating both enthusiasm and efficiency! This hotel truly breaks down barriers in international communication and is filled with so much heart!

We loved it so much so so comfortable and feels like Home actually if I was going to move back to the city, I would actually live here so nice and there’s a shopping mall next to it so it’s very convenient

The staff is quite kind and the cleaning team is great as well, always eager to help.

Gem of a hotel. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the interior of the hotel was simply but tastefully decorated. An absolute steal at this price. Hotel staff and cleaning staff were polite and friendly. Only drawback is that it quite far to walk from the metro station, or MH Mall. It’s a 5 minute ride.
