The owner offered pick-up and drop-off service and even helped carry our bags, which was incredibly helpful. We also received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The standalone property itself was wonderfully quiet. Honestly, this is precisely how a truly relaxing, aimless holiday should be!
The hotel is beautiful! The room is quite lovely, but I found the lack of an openable window for ventilation a bit hard to get used to. While the room's decor is nice, the soundproofing is just mediocre.
The front desk service was excellent – very proactive and enthusiastic.
Breakfast felt a bit perfunctory considering the room rate, with only a fixed, limited selection of items and no self-service hot beverages or bread. However, the afternoon tea and evening snacks were quite good.
Currently, there are renovations ongoing, so expect some daytime noise. It should definitely be better once they're finished.

Very well decorated, stylish, and new hotel (more like service apartment) hidden in a residential building full of other service apartments. The building itself looks old, and due to it's location, a lot of them are vacant. Da Xiao Mei Sha's peak visiting season is summertime, and we went during Nov timing, so it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself has only opened for a month, so everything was very nice and new but due to the same reason they do not provide breakfast service. The staff was very nice and helpful by decorating the room with balloons on request as it was a birthday celebration before we arrived at the room. We were assigned a ”butler” and can be reached anytime, even before our arrival date, every day before 12 am, and answer any question we had. We were offered dessert as a welcoming treat, and snacks like mini cupcakes and crackers were prepared in the room and the communal area at their ”lobby.” The hotel provides Atelier Cologne toiletries, which were nice and luxury. The room was very spacious, and our specific room type had a bath in the bedroom in front of our window. However, we figured that people from the other side of the building might be able to see me bath, so we will have to close the curtains, defeating the purpose of having a bath with seaview unless u enter with clothes. One minor downside was that the fridge was not working and was unable to keep our birthday cake chilled. Overall, I would give 10 out of 10 for the room itself, but they might still need a little more time to improve on small details, gaining experience from things that they might encounter with guests. After all, it is one of the most expensive hotels besides the international chained hotels. I would still recommend this hotel, and we can the staff are passionate about providing the best service, I am sure they will be able to fine-tune things soon.

This is an excellent choice for a relaxing and recuperative getaway with elderly family members. As my elderly parents are not suited for long-distance travel, I was looking for a comfortable and tranquil place to unwind in Shenzhen. I happened to discover this hotel, nestled at the foot of Maluan Mountain, which boasts a serene and secluded environment with options for both lake and mountain view rooms. Lucky, the lovely front desk staff member, was wonderfully warm, patient, and attentive. She even upgraded our room, considering we were traveling as a family. Staying at the hotel felt like stepping into a traditional Suzhou-style garden. With its pavilions, intricate rock formations, mountain springs, serene lakes, and winding bamboo paths, every step reveals a new picturesque scene. It's truly an ideal sanctuary for rejuvenating both body and mind. We will definitely be back!

The best experience I ever had. We are celebrating our anniversary however the location don’t allow us to have deliver. But the staff drive n pick it up for us. Feeling really heartwarming during the stay as all the food were fresh and yummy. Also, with the arrangements were amazing. Highly recommended
This stay was a very good experience. The hotel was very satisfying from details to service! First of all, the hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. There are shopping malls, restaurants and attractions around it, which makes it very convenient to travel. When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the procedures were quick, and they also upgraded the room type for us considerately. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, and the facilities are complete. In particular, the bedding is very comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is also very good.
The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, a combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is also great, especially the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits are impressive. In addition, the hotel is also equipped with a gym and a laundry room. What is most touching is that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. Whether it is room service or consultation issues, they can respond quickly, giving people a feeling of being at home. In short, this stay was very pleasant and cost-effective. It is highly recommended to friends in need!
📍Heyi Zhishang Hotel (Kuiyong Branch, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen)
Address: No. 33, Jinye Avenue, Kuiyong, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen
It's still in its soft opening phase, so some facilities aren't fully complete, but the overall experience was excellent and worth a try.
Decor: The hardware is excellent, with a sense of design and solid materials. The overall red color scheme exudes a holiday vibe. The room is pink, and I particularly like the gray-pink color scheme; it's beautiful without being too girly, and even my straight husband didn't feel out of place.
Room: The room is thoughtfully appointed, with everything you need. The pink Dyson hair dryer blends in perfectly with the design, and there are plenty of disposable amenities, including earplugs, eye masks, and even disposable toilet seats. The room also has a projector, making it a very comfortable place to watch TV in bed at night. I also want to mention that the slippers are disinfected, making them safe for expectant mothers. If I had any complaints, there's no doorbell, so the waiter has to knock, which can be a bit of a distraction. The smart home system is a bit useless...
Bathroom: There's a public pool and a private one. The private one can be reserved for three hours, and the water is freshly filled, so it's very clean and reassuring. Remember to ask the butler to fill the pool in advance; it takes about 30 minutes to fill, so asking in advance can save you time. The private pool also has a parasol that can be opened, and the interior design is also very beautiful, a real plus!
Meals: Afternoon tea with fruit, a goodnight dessert in the evening, and breakfast are included. The restaurant is still under development, so the breakfast is quite basic right now, but we hope it improves. There are also many delicious takeout options nearby (they even have a yakiniku chicken, which is incredible!), and they can even deliver to your room.
Service: I could tell the overall experience was a bit lackluster. The next morning, I didn't hear back from the housekeeping team, but since it's still a soft opening, that's understandable. I hope they'll provide more training to improve their service and flexibility.
Finally, a big thumbs up to the restaurant manager. He was very attentive and tried his best to help with any issues. He even saw us scratching our arms while sitting outside the restaurant and immediately offered us mosquito repellent. Awesome!
What a truly delightful surprise!
The place boasts a minimalist Japanese style with a fantastic ambiance. There are plenty of well-designed outdoor spaces, and each unit has its own private entrance, which had a charming, creative touch. The first floor features a spacious tea room, perfect for tea lovers like us, complete with a variety of teas (even though we brought our own). It also has a bathtub equipped with Japanese bath salts. The second floor houses the bedroom and a small tea table by the window, while the glass skylight on the roof is a particularly unique feature.
Afternoon tea, evening dessert, and breakfast were all provided, and every single item was exquisitely prepared!
I must highlight how incredibly thoughtful and high-quality the in-room amenities were. For instance, the sound system had excellent audio quality. The tea – even my husband, who is in the tea business, said it was delicious. The incense had a wonderful, premium scent, not at all cheap-smelling. The bath salts were imported from Japan and made for a very relaxing soak. There was also an aromatherapy candle with a subtle, comforting fragrance. Even the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were top-notch – I loved the scent so much that I quietly went to JD.com to order a full set afterwards, despite them not being cheap! 😂
We stayed for two consecutive nights. As we were having breakfast on our departure day, a kind staff member mentioned there was a rooftop area to explore. We went up and found it was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, especially when the sun was out. There was even a short glass walkway – truly thoughtful design.
And it's dog-friendly!!! My neighbor and I both brought our dogs, which made us incredibly happy.
The room was incredibly spacious, easily over 100 square meters. The balcony offered stunning sea views. The beach boasted fine, soft sand, and the ocean water was crystal clear and pristine. There were also plenty of picturesque spots perfect for photos. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
Great, very good. The environment is beautiful, the boss is also very nice, and it is very suitable for taking pictures. It is very close to the sea and the church. Whether it is in the B&B or on the beach, the photos are beyond pictures. It is simply good value for money, and the breakfast of the B&B is also very rich! Next time I will come back with my friends and continue to book this B&B. If you have concerns about whether to accept this, you can take a look at the photos. The following are photos of the B&B environment and breakfast

FFengzhilvren07The surrounding environment of the apartment is beautiful and quiet. At the foot of the mountain, the room is a duplex two-bedroom and one-living room. It is quite large and soundproof. There is a projector in the living room. You can watch movies and TV. You can see the seaside on the balcony. The master bedroom is quite big and the balcony is also big. It is suitable for parent-child travel 👍👍👍
GGuest UserStaying decisively, the room is spacious! The weather was hot and I turned on the air conditioner in advance. It was very cool and the temperature was very comfortable. Very careful. I also washed the air conditioner in the room. The most experienced is the front desk, looking young, but the service is very good, very warm and polite, also recommended the surrounding attractions, and this price has a variety of breakfast, tastes good
GGuest UserThe proprietress is very nice and hospitable, but the hotel provides a bed, two toothbrushes, shower caps, combs, these are not available, the booked room is 20 square meters, the room feels a few square meters, except for the bed, there is a narrow ~ can walk one person by the window aisle, the pillow is too high, I didn't sleep well all night. The air conditioner was blowing on the bedside. The head was cold but the body was very hot. The bath towels and towels were cheaper texture. I didn't dare to use it. I hope the store can improve it.
GGuest UserI am a bit of a clean freak and pay more attention to hygiene. I was worried at first, but I felt relieved after seeing the bathroom and bedding. The hotel is clean and hygienic overall, and the bathroom is also bright and clean. It is very convenient to walk downstairs to the beach in 3 minutes. You can also sing karaoke in the lobby on the first floor at night. The sound effect is good.
KKuangbaoxiaoziziThe environment is average, it is a big hotel that has been a long time ago, the facilities are complete, the room lighting is very dark, the service attitude of the cleaning aunt is very good, try to arrange a better room for us
GGuest UserService: The boss is very good! Our beach wild urge the ingredients that have not been finished to do here. The boss borrowed a place, borrowed a pot, borrowed soy sauce, and bought 6 eggs for us. The boss is enthusiastic to provide help, we are very touched!
Environment: In a village, I was a little disappointed to see the same place as the farmer's house when I first arrived, but the front desk courtyard was very tasteful. At first glance, the boss was a person of faith. The environment was full of Zen, the fragrance was delicious, and the heart was quiet. Don't have a paradise. Feeling.
Hygienic: The room is very clean and the price is very high!
