Last weekend, I was in Longgang for a business trip and got caught in typhoon weather, which left me feeling a bit down. However, the Mercure hotel I booked last minute that evening provided so much comfort and security. Let me start by saying the hotel's surroundings and the building itself were impressive, appearing grand and upscale. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and helpful. Once in the room, both the bedding and toiletries were of excellent quality! I slept soundly and felt well-rested, even though I worked late into the night, only getting to bed close to 2 AM. Yet, when I woke up past 7 AM the next morning, I didn't feel particularly tired! Next time I'm in Longgang for business, this will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended.

The service staff is very good and serves with a smile. The hotel room hygiene is also very good. The whole isolation is relatively quiet. I like their breakfast the most. I like it very much.

Overall, it is nice and tidy. However, the free bottle water provided in the room was used not brand new, which is not acceptable. The room is spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is fair and food is not hot enough

Nearby is the subway entrance, it is super convenient to go to Gankeng Ancient Town to punch in. The atmosphere of the hotel lobby is very good, it looks very advanced, and the photos are super filmed. The front desk lady smile is too sweet! Very enthusiastic, Huihui, see that we have a lot of luggage, take the initiative to help us take it. The room was very clean. The sister in the room would take the initiative to say hello when we saw it. The bedding was of the slippery texture and very comfortable. I will stay here next time. Amway has given it to other sisters!

The room was large and comfortable. When we checked out, it was raining cats and dogs. The check out staff offered us free disposable raincoats.

The hotel lobby is decent, and the rooms are spacious and hygienic. However, the hotel restaurant is closed at night, and on the 14th The building is a bit weird, and the restaurants are far away. If you want to eat at night and don't want to go too far, you can only order takeout, which is a fly in the ointment. In addition, the small car test center is a ten-minute walk away, so it is a good choice to check in before the test.

All the conveniences are good. You can get the room early. It is clean and hygienic. Surprisingly, there is a night market downstairs. The only problem is that the hotel is inconvenient for transportation. There is no shopping mall nearby. You have to take a taxi to the nearest Wanda shopping mall first.
