Shenzhen Bao'an District 3-star Hotels

It may be the reason why we stayed too urgently, the room was a little tide, but it was solved very well later! The store family is very good! The items were replaced in time, and the renewal was very refreshing, super nice!

Nice location with nearby train station and night market. Room all clean and come with AI service, for sure will book the same hotel for my next ShenZhen visit 🙂👍🏻

The ambiance was so comfortable. I loved being able to watch movies projected onto the screen while soaking in the tub. The voice-activated smart assistant (XiaoDu) for calls was a nice touch, and the large bed was incredibly comfortable – I didn't want to leave even after waking up! The amenities were very thorough. The room with the bathtub came with disposable bath liners and bath bombs. For extra hygiene, the front desk also provided self-service items like disposable toilet seat covers. The self-service washing machine conveniently located next to my room was also spotless. And for added convenience, food deliveries were handled by robots directly to the room.

From the outside it’s a hotel like many others. Dark glass facade, at least the feeling of who arrived in the evening. The hotel entrance is well illuminated and with high ceilings. Even though we are already in 2025, the stall still allows clients to smoke everywhere including inside the elevator. The non-smoking signs on the wall are just a part of the decoration. No real meaning as they are absolutely ignored. They room in average size. The bed was large and comfortable. Linens also nice and clean. Just the floor seemed a bit less cared in the detail. The shower was good with strong water pressure and hot water coming out right away. The location seems closer from the subway exit and took longer to arrive there that expected. But the shuttle service to the airport was fast.

The cleanliness was average, the side bed by the window had multiple stains and hair. There was also used tissue on the kitchen counter and a dirty disposable towel on the kitchen sink and no tv. A few mosquitoes because of the balcony for being open before I checked in but I used the bug repellent in the room and I was fine after two bites😂 The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was nice, everything else was great and the staff is friendly too.

Great Stay for Airport Convenience! I stayed at Relax Hotel during a layover, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is super close to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (just a 10-minute shuttle ride, which was free and reliable). The rooms were clean, modern, and comfy, with a great bed for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a nice mix of local and Western options.Downstairs there are lots of restaurants. Subway is very close. Perfect for travelers needing a convenient, comfortable stay near the airport!

A truly perfect experience: 1. The 200 yuan deposit is irrelevant; it'll definitely be returned to you! 2. The king-size room I booked was listed as 16-22 square meters. I arrived early in the morning and discovered I only had about 3 square meters of walking space. The entire room was about 6 square meters. I contacted the front desk lady and told her they were out of rooms. I asked her if that was cheating, but she said no, there were only two smaller rooms available, and I was lucky enough to find one. So what? It was late, so I'd just have to endure it for one night! 3. The dry and wet room separation was unavoidable; the space was too small. After washing up, there was a lot of water on the floor. I recommend going to bed quickly to avoid slipping! A perfect experience, a unique experience, and the only one I'll ever have! The next day, I decided to stay somewhere less perfect.

Having a hot drink (just light tea) during check in and easy access to a pot of fruits/tiny snacks, a coffee/tea dispenser were v nice touches. Missed the free (we think) breakfast - forgot n don’t think staff said anything as well. Slept well but we notice theres a window that’s kept open for ventilation, and the hotel is right next to a petrol station and open canal (no smells noted). Best part is the free shuttle bus to n fro airport - earliest was 520am (which we needed) & they even gave us a wake up call. First shuttle was packed on this trip - pls register the day before, we were glad we did.

Staff is very amazing They can't speak english but they have a translator They helped me to go to shanzen by metro if u travel without a china friend you can also survive with the help of staff Location is out of the city

Came here after arriving in Shenzhen from the airport in the evening. They offer a pick-up service, so it was a no-brainer if you want to go to a nice place and rest after getting off a late-night flight. The staff was super friendly, and the room is clean and cozy. Line 1 Hourui from the metro was super close, and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. I recommend this place if you have any flights
