I found the guesthouse a lovely stay, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and good facilities. It's location is a bit far from the main city centre, however as a solo traveller who wanted to visit the beauty stone forest, it is very convenient and very close to the site.

The hygiene is impeccable, and the separation of dry and wet areas is quite good. The environment is also good and quite unique. There is almost no service. I wanted to check the screen projection at night but it wouldn't open for a long time. When I contacted my boss on Ctrip, the message was read but not replied. The shower instructions are unclear. It says hot on the left and cold on the right, but actually you have to turn it clockwise 20 degrees to get hot water. The room looks high-end at first glance, with large windows and a wide view, but in reality it is disappointing. When we arrived at the hotel at night, there was no bus stop nearby, so we could only take a taxi or ride a shared bike, which was generally inconvenient.
If you are going to Shilin Scenic Area, I don't recommend staying here, but the horse meat downstairs is delicious, which is a plus for this place.
