The hotel was very beautiful with great views, great hospitality, warm environment and very friendly and courteous staff right from reception to dining to housekeeping. Special mention to the head chef, great lip-smacking food, and the dining staff, specially Tanuj, very attentive and courteous. Rooms clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Front desk staff too good and helpful, Travel desk also very good. Hotel location in very nice nest between the valleys, far from hustle bustle, an ideal spot to relax. A must visit place and a return visit option for us.

Well run hotel conveniently located for Shimla attractions. Great views from hotel, friendly attentive service and great food. Taxi fare to/ from Shimla downtown only 400 rupees. You can see Christchurch from the hotel. Buffet dinner offered good range of local food at reasonable price.

We stayed here as our original 7 star Taj was snowed in some 1000ft higher up. TBH it was a disappointment especially as we went down the road which was a mom and pop recycling facility. Our spirits lifted as we went into the hotel as it was modern and clean as were our rooms which were pretty good for standard rooms. Our mood was lifted further as the bar area was good with drink prices being reasonable for an Indian hotel. You could go for the buffet or a la carte dinner menus but the buffet was really good great choice and really tasty food. All the better for me as they cooked me a Jain recipe butter chicken due to my onion allergy. We ate 2 nights there and it was exceptional for a hotel restaurant. Shimla is rather hilly so you have to use taxis to get anywhere but the hotel was pretty close to the attractions. My minor criticisms were that the reception staff and some of the bar staff were inexperienced and were unhelpful but the managers were very good but need to train their staff.

The Hotel rooms fantastic. Restraunt food and staff very good and fantastic atmosphere. Hotel staff exceptional Mr.devraj ,bhupesh, ruching,baru ram,anshika,girish ,Sachin. Views from the hotel again exceptional. Very welcoming to all nationationalities.

The stay was nice … it wasn’t much crowded . The hotel staff were friendly and helped us whenever needed They also gave us a welcome drink which was their traditional kahwa and it was amazing. The buffet had a variety of food including Indian and western Overall it was a good experience

It is a newly created property with good location near new isbt bus stand. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty and had a lot of options to choose from. Overall a very comfortable stay in Shimla at this property Also very pretty views from the room window

All the staff at hotel were very friendly which made us fell very welcomed. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and food was excellent. The rooms and hotel facilities were very well maintained. Had a very pleasant stay and great experience of Shimla especially during snow and also the breathtaking view after snow
