The overall ambience of the resort gives a premium and comfortable feeling. We also visited Kennedy House Restaurant and the Cosy Nook Bar, both of which were beautifully designed. We really enjoyed the bar experience, food, and hospitality. The food quality was excellent, delicious, and served fresh. The food and beverage service was very quick, professional, and well managed by the team. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Umesh and team members Manisha, Varun, and Anuradha for their outstanding hospitality and helpful nature. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help us with a smile. Their service made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Mashobra. "I believe this was one of our best trips to mountains in Himachal. After a long drive from Gurgaon, the team at the hotel welcomed us with warmth & checkin was super smooth. Their in-house welcome cookies are to die for. Our hotel room offered amazing panoramic valley views with good sunset views in the evening. The kid’s zone kept our toddler engaged with all its activities. Mr Ankit Minocha was very kind and sweet to us. He answered all our queries very nicely and went an extra mile to make our trip memorbale and special. Overall a very cozy hotel with amazing views of the valley."

"This was one of our favourite hotels on our Indian travels. A classic period property with lots of original features and a magnificent location overlooking the valleys. It's called Summit because it's up a hill. Rooms are clean and bright. Our had lovely wooden floors and fittings, a spacious marble bathroom, and was well appointed with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge etc. Staff were very helpful. As a period property, it's single glazed so may get chilly in the snow, but there are extra heaters etc. Breakfast was good - Indian buffet, or eggs cooked to order with toast etc. The dinner buffet was excellent and good value at R600 per person. A hotel like this for under R2,800 is something of a bargain."

"Very bad experience with the property as I faced certain issues which were not addressed properly and I went ahead with escalation to Radisson Central Reservations Team. The issues primarily revolved around wifi speed, delayed Housekeeping and non-operational swimming pool. Staff behavior does not seem to be appropriate as they really don't care even if you complain about it. Terrible experience altogether. Bonus - Before staying in this property I stayed in one of the sister properties in that region "Radisson Jass Shimla" - and my experience was very good. So Koti Resort management really need to learn lessons from their sister properties in the same region. You guys should consider a fair compensation for gaps which caused me inconvenience."

I had booked the hotel for three days at the end of May, but due to personal commitments and unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to go ahead with the stay. I explained my situation to you honestly and shared the exact reason why I couldn’t come. I was hoping that, on humanitarian grounds, you would understand my situation and support me by considering a refund. You assured me that you would do something for me at least, and I genuinely believed that you would understand my circumstances. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Frankly, I tried to forget about the whole matter, but it still hurts to accept that, despite being honest and transparent about my situation, my genuine circumstances were not considered. Varun, I genuinely thought you were a good person who would understand and support someone in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I feel I judged you wrong. Business is important, and making money is part of it, but I strongly believe that humanity and empathy should never be compromised. This is not how I believe one should succeed in business."
