And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless.
The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

GGuest UserNice stay, beautiful place and conveniently located. Takes 15-20mins drive to mall road. However, if it snows, tourist rush in and it can take 2 hours to reach Mall Rd due to traffic

GGuest UserIt’s truly a serene and secluded mountain retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including the scenic approach road to the cottage and the overall maintenance of the property. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, meeting our needs with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and i will definitely choose this place again for my next visit to the area.

GGuest UserWe stayed as a family of three (adults), and the room was spacious and comfortable. Above all, I think the location is great. Mall Road and the lift (elevator) are close, and access to the ropeway station is also decent. Therefore, it wasn't too much of a hassle to go out again after returning to the hotel. It was unfortunate that the shower temperature was unstable at times, and the breakfast venue was a bit small and crowded. It's inevitable that the facilities will be compact since it's built on a narrow piece of land on a slope...

GGuest Uservery good hotel, especially the connectivity to mall road makes it very convienent to stay, we loved the live music every evening the singer is so good the best in the world, spa facilities and games zone are very good, restaurants are great with friendly staff overall very happy
