First day of our trip .. Very accommodating staff with pleasant atmosphere , they helped us and changed our room within in few minutes, Mr Ajay , Miss Sita , they guided us well The security guy ( Mr Sachin was polite ) The rooms are neat and cleaned And they was decorate with balloons We are so happy to visit and definitely will visit soon again Must visit Justa for memorable time .

Had a wonderful lunch experience at jüSTa Cliffend Resort & Spa in Mashobra! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The views of the surrounding hills from the restaurant were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a lovely experience, and I highly recommend trying out their local specialties.

Very good and polite front office staff specially the executive manager Mr. Ajay and Miss. Amanjot kaur. They offered us with a good hospitality. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The location was perfect and beautifull. The service was outstanding from check in to check out.

We visited Himachal for exploring the beauty and made the decision to stay in Justa Resort and this was the best decision ever .The resort was beautiful and ambience was so beautiful and ( showed the tradition of Himachal. When we entered the resort the security was helpful, they carried our bags carefully and The warm welcome from Front staff was so beautiful ( Miss simran welcomed us with Tikka ) . Mr Ajay ( The manager ) was so respectful and his team , Miss Sita , Miss Amanjot , Mr Rajesh and Mr Vinod was also there and they all were Super quick and guided us well .The food was amazing, the service was top notch and special thanks to Housekeeping Team they are amazing, and also respectful ( they helped us in mid the night) , without saying a word . This show's why they are 5 star , totally recommended, must visit . Thankyou so much for this Hospitality. We'll visit very soon !!♥️♥️

This resort was really beautiful and peaceful the staff was polite and helpful the food was good Miss Palak ,Miss Amanjot were good and The front Staff was also polite Special Thanks to Mr Ajay , Miss Sita they were really nice and again we will visit Justa ..!

Over all a great experience.. the moment u checked in Front office team ( Vaishali / Simran) made the check in very easy and explained about the property in detail. Food and services are excellent. Dining staff team Aman / Pankaj really took well care of and very polite towards all guests. Property is at very good location. Made no mistake of choosing this for our short family vacation on a short notice. Surely looking forward to visiting again……

The Resort was beautiful and the view was mesmerizing staff was good Miss Amanjot kaur, and Mr asim they serviced us, and the food was amazing And the front staff was Miss Sita, Miss Riya, Miss vishali Mr Ajay everyone was good, We loved our stay!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
