Very nice and comfortable stay, food is excellent, hotel staff very cooperative, Thanks to Mr Ajay and Ms Amanjot Kaur for excellent hospitality and food to make our stay .The location was wonderful the room service is excellent and ve very fast rhe nature of the staff is very good and we would like to visit again

Today I visit in justa cliffiend in shimla when I am coming in the hotel they are welcomed with aarti tikka and welcome drink apple delight that thing I feel like they are my family members I m very very thanks to the front office manager Mr ajay sharma and miss amanjot kaur who can give a best hospitality and care me like a family member thanku soo much justa

Amazing stay, very professional front desk team....keep it up, five star rating. Excellent food, very warm hospitality.... Pool side view breathtaking. I will recommend all to come to Justa Ciffend if you are visiting Mashobra. Best of luck......

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the shopping area and many local restaurants. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a Suite room with a private balcony, which made our stay even more special. The complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good, offering a nice variety to start the day. The staff service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. We are very happy with our stay and sincerely appreciate the excellent service we received. Thank you very much! We will definitely be back.

Asim the manager was good. Experience was wonderful. Rooms are clean Prompt service and helpful. The view is spectacular. Food could be little better. I I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Vinod was good. Wonderful stay. Thank you for making it memorable
