This hotel stay experience was great! The room was spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and soft and comfortable bedding, which gave me a good night's sleep. The hotel staff are warm and considerate. From check-in to check-out, every step is considerate. The breakfast is rich and varied to meet the needs of all tastes. The location is also very good, and there is also a gym, which I highly recommend to everyone!

第一次來十堰，選擇了這家酒店，不論是辦入住，還是打掃房間的阿姨，整個入住期間都讓我感覺到了服務人員的熱情，早餐比我預想中的人要多，但是食物補充的還算及時，味道也還不錯，下次有機會再來一定會體驗一下前台推薦的酒店的中餐。

住了一晚維也納再來希爾頓簡直一個地下一個天上，其實就差100出頭，這可好太多了！房間非常乾淨整潔，服務也沒得説！唯一有點不滿意的是門沒有阻尼，不刻意擋着關門聲音特大，早上五六點鐘就有人不斷的在開關門被吵醒
