"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short trip. The bed was cozy, and basic facilities were provided. However, the amenities could be improved. One thing that stood out was that only paper cups were provided instead of proper cups or glasses. It felt less practical, especially when making hot drinks, as the quality of the paper cups was not ideal. That said, everything else was quite satisfactory for the price, and the stay was still comfortable. With a small upgrade in amenities, the experience would be much better."

"What a strange hotel. It looks amazing at first glance: nice surroundings, beautiful landscape, but you spend 5 minutes there and it all flashes away. The hotel looks abandoned in general. As for the accommodation: it’s really, really dirty. The room was so dirty I couldn’t believe my eyes. Dirty furniture (they put a bath towel to cover the dirt on the chairs), dirt on the floor, and someone from the previous guests drew an inappropriate picture from dust on our window, which they didn’t even bother to clean. There were dead cockroaches on the floor that the cleaning lady, whom I asked three times to clean the floor, still didn’t clean. Everything in this hotel seems to be done half way. There is a huge gap between the floor and the balcony door bottom, so all the insects come into the room. We spent two nights chasing flying insects. There are cheaper stays where everything is thought through. This is the complete opposite of that. I have no idea how this hotel has such a high rating. I would never, ever stay there again. We are on our honeymoon and came for two nights to check the hotel, with the intention of extending our stay if we liked it. I wish we had stayed for one night instead of two. On a positive note, the butler service was just incredible. They helped us throughout our stay, and if it wasn’t for them, the vacation would have been completely ruined. Thanks a lot for taking such good care of us. They also let us check-in 2 hours earlier and check out 1.5 hours later, which was really nice and much appreciated. The view from the balcony was amazing."

"I came to Shiyan on a business trip. This hotel was recommended by my colleague. It was really good. The location was good and convenient. It was just opposite the city government and was very easy to find. The decoration was in Chinese style and I liked it very much. The receptionist was warm and polite, with a beautiful smile. He also helped to prepare the invoice in advance. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in! There is a Chinese restaurant and a buffet restaurant downstairs. The dishes are exquisite and delicious. Not bad. I will choose here next time I come!"

The toilet was also heated automatically, and the room came with a bathtub. Cathy at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was quick. 🎉 The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied, and the Xiangyang beef noodles were very authentic. 👍 Overall, it was a very good experience."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, it takes about ten minutes by taxi. The undersea column-themed room we booked has three large themed dolls, Captain Buck, Croak, and Doctor Pi. The decoration is so exquisite that the children jumped up in surprise when the door was opened. The lower floors of the hotel are bathing, hot spring, and leisure areas, which are very rich and user-friendly. I also experienced bathing and body massage in the evening. The price was reasonable and the service was good. My son said that this is his favorite hotel that he has ever stayed in😊😊"

"This was the worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. The room smelled strongly of sewage when I entered, the air conditioning was broken, the heating was unbearably hot, the facilities were outdated, the TV was an old model from years ago, and the stereo was covered in dust. Breakfast at 9:30 AM consisted only of leftovers. The only consolation was the coffee, which was okay. It was truly indescribable. Even a Hampton might not have been as good. 😓"
