Shiyan Hotels with Parking

Run by a very friendly young couple! I came from wudang west station, took a bus to the wudang scenic spot and the owner came to pick me from the bus station right outside wudang scenic spot. It's about a 2 min drive to the property. Location is very good, love that it is so near the wudang mountain scenic spot. There's a small staircase about 20m from the property that leads you all the way up to the scenic spot parking area. If you wanna pop by their 'city area', it's about a 15min walk to the walking street. Definitely recommend!

The rooms were spacious, with modern furnishings and neutral tones that created a calming atmosphere. We could control lighting, temperature, and curtains via a tablet, making for a highly customizable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with a large smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures, a rain shower, and quality toiletries. Small touches like beautiful floors in the bathroom enhance the luxurious feel. The overall design reflected the hotel’s commitment to modernity without sacrificing comfort. Yun Wai Mountain Residence is highly recommended. The hotel is located at the Qiongtai Scenic Spot, approximately 300 meters from the base of the cable car and 50 meters from the bus stop, at an altitude of nearly 1000 meters. This is an ideal location for exploring Wudangshan. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. I was repeatedly and pleasantly surprised by how much everyone cared for a foreigner without any knowledge of Chinese. The hotel's restaurant offers local and Taoist specialties. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and meditative. The rooms are spacious with fantastic mountain views. I felt very comfortable for a week – nothing was lacking. Bonus: the five cats also take excellent care of the guests, especially during nighttime strolls. Note: you must take the last bus to the cable car (Qiongtai) at 5 pm, otherwise you will remain in the valley (no exceptions).

The owner was very warm and friendly, helping us upgrade our room and providing hiking poles. The hotel's food service seems to be outsourced, but the quality and portion sizes are definitely worth it. Breakfast can be delivered to your room. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the bus stop down the mountain. There's a swing terrace at the entrance where you can watch the sunrise. It was my child's first time seeing a sunrise, and we also got to see a sky full of stars, which was wonderful.

Let me start with the good things: the hotel has a nice environment with small bridges and flowing water, the service staff are very polite, the main dishes in the restaurant taste very good, the hygiene in the room is good, and the mineral water and other things are replenished in a timely manner when needed. Other regrets: it is right next to the main road, the noise from the transport trucks is quite loud, the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there might be a monastic training class in the hotel, as I was woken up by their music at 6:20 in the morning.

The room is simple and cozy, clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that makes you feel relaxed. It's very quiet at night. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the local food is delicious. The hotel front desk helped us plan a very practical travel itinerary, saving us from taking too many unnecessary detours. They even thoughtfully reminded us to bring motion sickness patches and medicine, as the winding roads up Shiwangwan Mountain are particularly challenging for those prone to motion sickness.

When I go out to stay in a hotel, I usually choose a chain hotel. Although the facilities are not so luxurious, the service is a big plus. The service of this hotel makes me feel very practical and down-to-earth. They even took the trouble to upgrade my room type. When they heard that I wanted to go to Wudang Yimeng to watch the performance, they also recommended a travel guide.

The environment is fantastic, perfect for a family trip. The butler service is excellent, and the food is incredibly delicious, they even deliver it to your room, which is a big plus. The cleanliness is top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is awesome!

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations! The high-rise room type booked is really the right choice. The room has a great lighting, and the whole floor-to-ceiling windows directly frame the city panoramic picture. During the day, overlooking the traffic of the entire city building, the evening sunset into the room is full of atmosphere, and the lights are panoramic at night, and there is no need for filters to shoot. The room is spacious and clean, with complete facilities, floor-to-ceiling windows and unobstructed views. Sitting by the window to see the scenery is particularly healing. It is suitable for both travel and photo punching. It is highly recommended that friends who want to view the scenery should choose the high-rise room first!

The location is very convenient, close to Yuxu Palace and the museum, and the surrounding area is not noisy. Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, the windows cannot be closed, and the window screens are useless when they are barely closed. The air conditioner rumbles like a tractor all night, and the air outlet is broken. It blows towards the bed, which makes your mouth dry. Several rooms are like this. Hygiene: The bathroom may have just been cleaned, it is full of water. As soon as you enter, the whole room smells of betel nut. Service: Checked in at night, came on the second day of the Chinese New Year, maybe there were too many people, and there was no room to change. The front desk said to find someone to repair the window, but it didn't come. Even more bottles of water were not given.
