There is a convenience store on the first floor near the station. It is also a short walk to downtown and there is no problem with the location. The response of the employees is also good impression. There is a feeling of cleanliness. We were able to upgrade our room this time and spend more comfortably. This room was the west end of the north side, so I can take a picture of Enshu Railway from the window of the room (the hotel is right next to the far iron elevated line), so I think it is a happy room for railroad fans. It is troublesome to do it only by the machine next to the front desk. If you make the name etc. fill in at the front desk, it is more efficient to advance to the liquidation by the flow.

I stayed at the Dormy Inn for 3 nights during the rugby World Cup. First let me state that there is very little to do in Kakegawa apart from visiting the castle, so if you are heading here as a tourist there are probably better places to stay. Back to the hotel ! I arrived a little early (around 12) and my room was not available , so I had to leave my bags in reception and wait until around 3pm to get my key. There was no issue with the language barrier. The hotel is not far from the station with a 10 minute walk along the main road getting you there. The room itself was average size for Japan, but the outlook from the window was pretty bleak onto a back alley. However, it was clean and comfortable there were no issues with the exception of the pillows which were rock hard. All amenities were available in the room although the sink being in the bedroom rather than the shower area was a little strange. The Wi-fi was perfect, but dont look for any English language station on the TV as there was none. In terms of restaurant, there is one for breakfast with a reasonable selection of both Western and Japanese food. I never saw it open during the day or evening. However, as a bonus it does open up around 9.30 in the evening with free ramen noodles for the hungry. Coffee is always available on demand in the foyer which is another good point. On top of the hotel is a typical Japanese thermal bath...great for the aches after a busy day ! All in all a good hotel for the price.....

Thank you for your care on May 3 during the midst of Hamamatsu Festival. I get the necessary amenities at the front desk and enter the room. I only got a com. The room was single, and there was a thankful desk for business, and it was easy to use. There is a shelf next to the chair, and you can boil hot water. the humidifier and air cleaner were also placed, which was very helpful. It was very unfortunate that I had hair left when I tried to take a bath, but it was very quiet in front of Hamamatsu station and I could sleep well at night. I had a breakfast buffet and I was able to enjoy the Japanese style. The price was high because it was in GW, but it was good to stay. I had a hair loss of ★, but I would like to take care of you again if I have the opportunity.

Following Utsunomiya, there was a woman-like hair in the bathtub this time as well. I couldn't confirm it and stored hot water as it was, so I moved it to the wall and contacted the front desk. Stayed in August 2019. Business hotel located 5 minutes walk from the north exit of JR kakegawa station where the Shinkansen stops. The appearance and the room are clean and clean. It is a new and clean building in a hotel located in front of the station. The parking lot is on the back side beyond the track, so it is close by foot, but it takes about 10 minutes by car. If you go by car, it is recommended to stop in front of the hotel and then move to the parking lot after receiving the explanation. The room was small but new and clean, and the water pressure of the hot water was good. It seems to be a business hotel, so if you can choose, the room away from the elevator is recommended. If you stay in the front room, you can hear the voice guide at the arrival of the elevator. There was a public bus and it was good to put it in the foot. It was a little disappointing that I couldn't use it because I had a large powder room at present. There was a little trouble about the parking fee, but I was very polite in the exchange by the phone. The hotel that responds firmly at such a time can stay with peace of mind. I will do it here if I go nearby again.

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!
