Great service! I stayed at another comfort hotel and again I enjoyed. This time i accidently made a wrong booking. After I called them they arranged a solution. Thank you so much. The location is very close the the station and I could use the lobby to work a bit.

We had a lovely two days stay in this hotel and on the first morning of our stay, I told my partner that I love this hotel. I had stayed at different hotels all over Japan and so far this is the best for me. The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. The room they gave us is pretty comfortable and with a nice view. The free breakfast food delicious and food staff are all nice and pleasant.

Comfort Hotel has always been one of my top choices when I travel. It offers great value for money, delicious breakfast, and excellent service. It's also very close to the station, and the dumplings and eel rice nearby are absolutely delicious.
