Service: The welcome fruits include apples and bananas, but the apples are rotten. This is the responsibility of the housekeeping department. If you check during cleaning, there will be no rotten apples that affect the experience. The most heart-warming thing is that the security guard is very enthusiastic, directing the parking and enthusiastically taking the luggage. The ladies at the front desk are also nice and enthusiastic.
Catering: The breakfast time given by the front desk is 7:30-9:30. When we arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock, there was not much food. It was not a good travel breakfast.

I usually rarely write online reviews, but this time I must praise it. Their lobby is very in line with the characteristics of the geological hotel. The geological atmosphere is strong. The beauty at the front desk is very thoughtful. It snowed when I checked in that day. I booked a room by the elevator. The front desk staff said that it was cold in the snow. Actively helped to upgrade some of the room types in the middle, and turned on the air conditioner very intimately before check-in. It was really great. Check out and sent three baths. The service was in place. The interior of the room was spacious and clean. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Must choose next time

I had a very good time at Atour Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to public transportation. The hotel is very beautifully designed. I think it's all very good. It's a garden hotel in the mountains, with fresh air, birds singing and flowers blooming. It has a terrace, a beauty chair, and lush trees. Give the hotel a five-star praise, the location is in the scenic area, the room is clean and airy, and the shuttle will be arranged to the grotto. We stayed for two nights. There were not many people going to the grotto early in the morning on the first day. The experience was great. Rest at noon, not many people go to the fairy cliff at 3 pm.

FFengchuimailang76As a frequent visitor with multiple hotel membership cards, when I stayed in Hanting in the provincial city this month, I encountered a rather embarrassing scene: at breakfast, the staff could not find my breakfast news, and directly invited me out of the restaurant. Despite such an unpleasant experience, but out of trust in the Hanting brand and recognition of the Trip.com platform, when I traveled during the Spring Festival, I chose to book the Hanting Hotel in Tianshui.
After check-in, the spacious layout of the room and the clean and tidy environment left a good impression on me, which is commendable. However, there are some obvious problems with the accommodation experience. The air conditioner was very noisy when it was running, and the indoor air was dry after the temperature was raised, and my lips were dry and cracked; Adjusted to moderate temperature, and because the quilt is thin, I accidentally caught a cold.
When taking a bath, the cold water was put for a long time, and the water temperature was still not ideal, which made people very helpless; and the speed of the warm water in the washbasin was even slower, and the waiting time was really long.
In terms of breakfast, there are also a lot of conditions. On the first day of stay, the front desk told me that I could not find my breakfast message, but said that I could give an extra one. I didn't want to take advantage of this, so I refunded the order and re-booked a double breakfast. As a result, when my lover went to pick up breakfast on the first day of the New Year, I was still told that I didn't book breakfast. He could silently accept the ”hands” at the front desk, and he didn't dare to ask more. I really couldn't bear it. I called the front desk to ask for verification. I didn't expect the other party to be tough and have no sincerity to solve the problem.
In desperation, I can ask Trip.com for help. Fortunately, the staff is positive and has a strong ability to deal with problems. It quickly and properly solved my troubles, which made me feel a little better.

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.
