Warwick Hotels with Shuttle Service

It was a short day, but I loved it so much that I need a lifetime to recover. What if I can't stay in such a good resort next time?

After reading mixed reviews I was completely awed at the resort when we arrived. We got in just after 7pm after a long day of travel - we had 6 adults & 5 children (4 under 5) and were greeted with so many smiling faces and shocked at the sheer size or the resort and it's grounds. (The photos don't do it justice) Check in was relatively quick considering a large bus had arrived at the same time and we were quickly checked in and ushered off to dinner to ensure we made it, while our bags were taken to our rooms. The buffet was ample, food was always warm and as a vegetarian, I always found plenty to eat even with most meals being meat based. We has 2 babies in our group and every day, without fail one of the amazing waitstaff would take my daughter while I ate... they were obsessed with her and she adored the fuss everyone made 🥰 The village is close by and security always assisted us with our prams if we popped over to visit, everyone was so kind and I recommend visiting at least once for the experience. We had a massage in the silver hut, listening to the rain on the roof and it was nice to spend time talking to the local ladies. The room was large and we were given an extra single bed for the stay which was a great surprise. The room was clean & tidy, with housekeeping visiting daily. They would always came back of an afternoon if our children were napping when they arrived, and that extra care was so appreciated. The included trips were great, the knowledge the activities team has for the area is awesome. The kayaking and stand-up paddle boards were a favourite activity each day and there is so much space for the children to run around. Our girls loved playing on the beach with the children from the local village. A highlight was Kiti from reception, she helped me arrange a birthday cake from a local baker and it completely exceeded our expectations! It was delicious and the care and love that was put into both making and decorating it, but then to have it also delivered it all wrapped up was such a wonderful surprise! We couldn't thank the entire team enough, the activities team, food and beverage staff, Sarah at Kids Club, the musicians and everyone behind the scenes went above and beyond our expectations. We can see why almost everyone we met were returnees! It's now our 'Fiji Home' and we can't wait to get back ❤️ Vinaka! X
