GGuest UserThe location is pretty good but apart from that it was disappointing. The bed sheets were clean but very grubby looking when we checked in. The walls are very thin and other guests very very noisy so we didn’t get much sleep here! The bathrooms were okay, hot showers and extra toilet paper but the drains smelled bad the entire time! The actual bed was comfortable which was good.
The female staff member was great but we gad an issue with one of the males and our laundry. He told us it would be next day 2pm and 20K per kg but instead it was 2 days and charged by the item so cost way more than we expected. Very disappointed in this!
Overall wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other choice and would recommend staying elsewhere

AAnonymous UserThe room is very small, there is no space except for a bed, but everything else is there. Smoking is not allowed in the room, so you have to go outside to smoke every time. The wireless network is very poor, and the TV is stuck.

Llina cindyThe security guard didn't smile. The bathroom mat didn't absorb water so what's the point of having a mat. Ordering Grabfood had to be done by myself, the staff was lazy. There was no window in the room I booked. The hotel is new but not everything looks new. The funniest thing is that asking for an iron for 4 clothes costs 30 thousand (just the ironing).

DDewmonicNot really what I expected it to be, it's doesn't feel like hotel at all, more like motel. Bedroom aren't really in nice condition and seems old. The bathroom are the worst.

GGuest Userlokasi oke, deket dari pusat keramaian. tapi untuk fasilitas dan kebersihan bad bgt. gaada lemari minimal gantungan baju lah bingung mau taruh baju dimana, sampah berserakan, gak disediakan tempat sampah disetiap kamar, kran wastafel mati total, lampu kamar mati 1 jd gelap remang2 bgt. sayang bgt padahal letak lokasi sudah strategis, semoga bisa diperbaiki
