"Staying here just for transit before our connecting flight. The bedroom and bathroom are consistently clean. The owner, a husband and wife, are very friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out are always smooth with no hassle. The air conditioning is very strong and cools the room quickly, very good for the weather here.🥰 The owner was also very responsive on WhatsApp before check-in, sending us the location and instructions on how to get there. We booked a tuk tuk from the airport using the PickMe app. The drivers wait only at the main road in front of the airport and are very easy to get. So make sure you wait at the main road outside the gate. Our tuk driver was also good and honest. We paid cash with the net price shown in the app. If you have luggage, you can request a car instead of a tuk on PickMe. We had no luggage so the tuk was enough.🥰 For check-out, we used the airport transfer from the owner since our flight was early morning and we were worried no tuk tuk/PickMe driver would be available. We requested to be sent at 4:00 AM, and the owner was already waiting downstairs right on time. So good. Overall great value and a comfortable stay. The Villa so beautiful & have balcony for chill. Many restaurant/cafe also nearby this hotel just walk a few minutes. Highly recommended.👏🏻❤️"

"I received quick responses when enquiring about airport transfers. Yash welcomed me with a warm beaming smile and was always ready to be of help. His boss, the hotel owner, makes you feel comfortable. The hotel (and my room) were pretty down to earth but clean and you can see signs and sanitizers from the COVID time. There is also a cosy little restaurant. The town of Negombo is not far but you need to take a tuk tuk. Note : I was unable to upload a short video of my room. I'd also visited the beach near the hotel where you can see alot of fish being dried in the sun. Lots of crows and a pong! A man came up and enthusiastically gave an unsolicited tour of the place (eventually asking for payment of 5k rupees)"
